Casey hated Cindy and she hated Cindy's love for Caylee, just like she hated Jesse's love for Caylee..and she was jealous of Caylee's relationship with Cindy and George both.

Let me see if I got this right:  Judge Perry saw the pictures, the defense and prosecution saw the pictures, the media saw the pictures, the courtroom spectators saw the pictures, millions of people saw the pictures broadcast, albeit it pixelated, and the ONE person who got sick was THE person who didn't even care enough about her daughter to actually face the monitor and see the pictures.   

Great observation Flutter..... I listened to the descriptions of the pictures we couldn't see and have seen the pixelated ones, I didn't cry until someone (forget who) posted the picture of Caylee in the little black and white dress. That is when I lost it , because I saw a beautiful child that was killed by a slore mom. Hope that makes sense and doesn't sound cold and callous.

Whenever she wants to 'get sick'...this is what she is thinking about IMO.  Also, I think there are a few reasons why she staged this today:

1.  All this talk about the little Snotnose today!

2.  Nobody even mentioned her!

3.  Since George & Sindy left, she thought of how she could keep them out of the courtroom another day (since this testimony will continue tomorrow) !!!

4.  She has been dying to practice what her mother taught her last week and she wanted to see if she could outdo her !!

Sorry, I have been so cynical lately...but I just can't help it.

I notice with all her "crying" the tissue remains dry. She sucked on that water bottle all day and when nauseated,water is usually the last thing you want to drink. I think the more she sees the evidence pile up against her the more she realizes this is one time her lies will convict rather than exonerate her. Justice will be served !

JVM on HLN just now rolled a replay of Casey as she just returned from being in holding after the recess before court was recessed for the day, she looks to be burping and then...she rolled her eyes & then said something to the attorneys under Foghorn & Bozo.   I kid you not!   PS JVM she walks slow like that to FAKE an illness, just like she did during jury selection with her fake arm numbness & crying only when the indictment was read.    LP (FWIW) doesnt believe it for a second & reminded us of what Casey said to bozo when she was bailed out..."Get me the F outta here."   Sure was no statement about "find my daughter please 

I agree with everything Mark Nejame said after court was adjourned.   I couldnt get back on due to a transformer getting blown due to a car accident in my area.

He said on HLN that the state has a huge problem because the medical examiner didn't open Caylees skull . He said that the evidence shows that it was once on it's side when it was decomposing and it was found up right so the body was indeed moved. Well that is true casey moved baby Caylee. They just talk and talk and then talk some more and really don't think about what they are saying.

What a bumbling idiot.....has he never thought about animals? Does he think her poor little body was never touched? In fact just the water level changing and the amount of rain we had that summer could have moved her bones, but animal activity is always a factor when you leave your child's body outside.

She knows that now..the tears were not real, they were staged, everything about her presence in court is staged.

I believe they still have her on the same meds she was on during jury selection.  She has been on them long enough now to not seem medicated.  To seem like this is her normal persona..but we know it is not.

We know for the last three years she has been over the top with grooming, picking, fussing with paperwork, laughing, lots of nervous behavior.  And now we are to believe this self assured person sitting in court everyday..looking down on cue, crying on cue is the same individual..nah..if hse was a mess durin the past almost 3 years she 'd really be a mess now.  The defense can't have that..a nervous client working the files, grooming, preening, kitbutzing does not an innocent client make.

I have to say that to me she reminded me of James Brown today when she was being lead out of court...you know the old blues singer who, as a stage gimmick, would have his handler come and escort him off stage in his cape..nothing against James Brown..his was a performance and so is Casey's actions today..a performance on cue for those in the courtroom.

Stormwater is also powerful and could have easily contributed to the placement, movement and scattering of Caylee's remains....

Gypsy, that is a perfect description of Casey today. I remember the first time I saw James Brown do that, and I was taken in...Not so Casey, she doesn't have the panache to carry it off.  (We need a Casey as Jame Brown picture...hint, hint.)

I have attended more autopsies than I would care to count. During autopsy, the ME takes what is called a stryker saw and removes the skull cap. The only reason to remove the skullcap is to gain access to the brain. The brain is then removed, weighed and disected to obtain samples for slides. There was no brain in  this case...thus, no reason to remove the skullcap....

I was thinking about Casey's interview with the detectives at Disney and I know and understand the reasoning why the jury probably won't hear about Casey's six felony convictions related to her stealing BUT it really bothers me b/c:

During her interview with the detectives, she tells them (I believe also wrote it in her statement) that she would lie, steal and cheat (or something to that effect) to find her daughter.  The more I think about that the more that sums up Casey.  During an interview regarding her missing daughter (drowned, kidnapped, whatever - she was DEAD) Casey is trying to not only distract them from finding Caylee but TRYING to set up another alibi for stealing all the money she stole from, well, practically everyone.  In trying to distract them from finding Caylee, she thought she'd also garner sympathy for herself and cover up for her lying. 

That is who Casey is. She is not overly intelligent but she isn't dumb.  For someone whose entire defense is based on coping she sure "copes" in a manner that always end with a new story that puts her in the best light and serves her own purpose.  That isn't accidental.  I  wish the jury could know that b/c it is just like today, she'll do ANYTHING to further her own ends.

Why on earth does JVM and NG both replay ad nausem, Baez opening statements, where he speaks about George?  They certainly do not, have never (that I have seen) replayed any of Linda's opening statements.  This IMO seems to give the statements made by Baez about George and 'the accident' a weight that clearly is not factual.  But it's still what is left in the minds of those who rarely if ever see the actual trial during the day.  Doesn't do any good to complain to HLN, they probably don't even read the complaints.  IMO, they need to stop this sloppy reporting, seemingly just to draw in more viewers.  Maybe to replace those of us who are sick unto death of them both, and have refused to watch?  I keep saying am never gonna watch again.  Then I relent, hoping that they'll report something correctly for a change, without the over-exaggeration, endless drama, and repeated crap instead of facts, etc.  Grrrr.  Sorry for the rant.
