If you read the report, it says that the circumstances surrounding the death led it to being dubbed a homicide.

It looks bad for Casey Anthony on TV — and even worse in court

I envisioned Baez rising to the challenge, like some rookie law-school graduate in a John Grisham novel. That has not happened.

If he appears flustered and incompetent on television, the perception is only magnified in the courtroom. The word "overruled,'' uttered time and again by the judge in response to his objections, carries a bigger sting in the quiet chamber.

Casey Anthony News13

Rode elevator w/ Jude(Judge) Strickland. He says he wants to stay as far from Casey Anthony (23rd) floor as possible.

Strickland said he had to use the regular elevators because the jury was in the judicial elevators.

Judge Strickland recused himself in April 2010. when he drives in and sees the lot across the street he's thankful he's no longer on case

Other than sneaking a boo every now and again I will gone today.  SIL will be dropping of four grandkids (8-13) any minutes.  Board games and a walk along the banks of the  mighty muddy Fraser River with Mama and Papa is where it is.

At the end of the day I know I will be too tired to catch up so I am anticipating Magic's concise "in a nutshell" overviews to fill me in on the day's happenings.

I am getting so tired of people commenting on how tiny KC is, like it makes a difference??? Like it means something????  My sister in law is 5'2" weighs 105 and is strong as a horse....she is pure muscle...not an ounce of fat ....she grabs 50lb bag of dog food and slings it on her shoulder like it was a feather pillow.....but she never murdered her 30lb. child.
