OMG I think she is going to wrap herself in that sweater.  Look at how she has it wrapped and over her hands too.  When the jury is not there she wears it normal. 

I wish she'd choke herself.

Maybe she's subconsciously trying to cover up the hands which killed her daughter.

last night on one of the shows on HLN someone said they spoke to George's X wife??? and that she said Casey learned how to lie from George because he is a liar? did anyone else catch that last night.

I heard it and that is not what was said.  Dr. Drew whatever his last name is, said he spoke to George's ex-wife and she said she wouldn't say anything bad about George.  She said he was a liar, which I consider something bad.  Anyway when asked if Casey learned to lie from him, she said she thought it was in the genes, or something to that effect.

I tend to take quotes from "ex's" (of either gender) with a grain of salt.  JMO

the defense all know KC is a liar...they are proving it in court....so how in the hell can they possibly think she is telling them the truth???  about anything?? the are as stupid and naive as the A's

I really do not think they care. This is all about bozo to him. He wants the face time on TV and the notoriety. He could care less about KC except as how it can benefit him.  I am not convinced yet that is not also true about Cindy either.

I agree with you about Baez.  IMO there is little doubt as to what his motive is.  Do you think that after this poor performance that he will get some kind of important media job?  I know he's BFF with Jerry Rivers, but what do you think?

I agree with y'all about JB, but the rest of these are seasoned attorneys who are already established in their careers (Mason is at the end of his career and I do believe he took this on for the reasons he stated.....it would be fun for him...a circus that he wanted to be part of, up close and personal...his last hurrah).....why would they want to jump on this train wreck?  the only reason  that is even half way logical to me is they are anti DP...

Yes, I saw it and didn't recall that George had an ex.

Kinda makes me think that there was "Sindy's Wrath" and George and Casey learned to say and act anyway they could to make sure Sindy did not show that wrath.  I have seem families like this - everyone tiptoes and lies around the mother so she won't go off...



I posted earlier today, that ex wife spoke highly of Geo, but said he had a big problem with lying. Interviewer asked ex wife if she thought Casey learned her lying behavior from Geo. Ex wife said, "No, I think it is heredetary."

This made me wonder.

The state did side by side photos during their opening statements. I'm sure they'll include them in their closing statements too...

question. the tape I think would have been stuck to hair above her ears?

This sounds crass but at that point there were no ears.

Not sure.  I do not know which picture of Caylee is most recent regarding her hair length, type of haircut but I tended to agree with the person who posted about Caylee being in a standing position when tape was placed at first.  I only think this because hair would tend to fall back if laying down unless it was plastered to her face for some reason. Knowing the exact length of tape would be helpfull.

But if we knew the tape was 10" in length on a skull that is maybe 20" circumference the tape would of grabbed hair even in a laying position.  Not so sure now.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but if Casey duct taped Caylee's little head while she was in the car seat, she would be sitting upright.
