Something which has always bothered me about that time period is she had Cindy's car. (re: George chasing her on the beeline) How did she get Cindy's car and where was her car at the time? This was before her car was dumped, so did she walk to the house and get it or go to Cindy's office or what? Cindy NEVER told about that even once to the investigators and always "claimed" she never saw KC or Caylee after the 15th of June. There is something really funky about this.

Yup. I remember all that.

I am not sure what is fact and what is fiction concerning that story.

Jinkasaurus (who was in courtroom): There was a lot of hair still on the skull. She thinks it was held by duct tape.

Scene was very wet, as were the remains.

I think Jinkasaurus just read my SM post on Page 41...I think the media reads here..JMHO

If they are smart, they would.

I agree! I had forgotten about George chasing her in his car.  Why would he do that if he had tried to dump the body on her?  He obviously wanted to talk to her and find out where his granddaughter was.  Wasn't there a toll booth pass or something to that effect that proved that she was driving Cindy's car?  IIRC, Casey didn't pay the toll, she just drove through?

It seemed to me today when Lee was testifying that he realized at some point how preposterous Casey's story was about Zanny holding her down and taking Caylee away.  I know from experience with a sociopath in my life how sometimes she will tell me something and I hear it, but it's only later when I regurgitate to my husband what she told me that I think, "Wait, that doesn't even make sense!".  It's like I have to say it outloud to realize how crazy it is.  I wonder if the Anthony's were in the same boat?

On the day Caylee's remains were found, the cam that was outside the Anthony home showed the comings and goings that day.  The cam also caught Baez going in after the finding of her remains, and coming out of the house with a big paper bag in his hands.  Have ALWAYS wondered what the heck a defense atty would be removing from the home. I sure do hope this gets brought out in trial.

Wow, Wyks! I'd forgotten all about that! You're right though, and I'm curious about it too!!

LUNCH RECESS
Very interesting...I wonder if Bozo did some collecting of his own BEFORE LE got their search warrant. Seems to me the A's didn't return to their home until the day AFTER Caylee's body was discovered. I recall Cindy slipped something about the Winnie the Pooh blanket....hmmm, talk about obstruction and tampering????

Yeppers!  Also on that day, when LE went to the home and Mallory was there... she took like FOREVER to answer the door.  Many of us have wondered what the heck she was doing.  Might have been flushing stuff and etc.  More obstruction and tampering?

How can bozo do that, is that legal?

Reminds me of Dr. Lee and the Phil Spector case.  IF Bozo took something from the house, that could be considered obstructing an investigation if not turned over to LE.

Is anyone else wondering about the significance of calling Lee back when they did?  It seems odd to me that they would present that testimony just prior to showing the crime scene photos.....

I found the timing very odd too!

Still puzzling that out, as well as Lee's testimony today too.  All of it, odd.  IMO

Cindy's car may have a Sun Pass which lets you do that.

Magic Eye's excellent summation

Also:

Lee Anthony

Called to testify for the second time this trial, Casey Anthony's brother recalled searching the Internet in July 2008 for information on the Sawgrass Apartments, where Casey told him she last left Caylee in the care of "Zanny the nanny." He said he did not delete any browser history.

Lee said Casey told him that Zanny held her down by her wrists and told her she was taking Caylee from her to teach her a lesson, calling Casey a bad mother.

According to Lee, Casey described Zenaida Gonzalez as a Hispanic woman of medium height, with a dark complexion and weighing about 100 pounds. Lee told Jose Baez that "to this day," Zenaida never materialized.

She was talking about how her hair was falling out in chunks and how she has to put make up on her scalp.  Man! Screen is blank now.

the lady being interviewed? not ICA, right?  she still has a full head of hair as far as I can see.

Thank you kind Monkeys! *hugs* to each of you!  I thought he testified that he did not delete any files on the computer even though he had access.  Sort of finishes the computer stuff.  And adding in another story of Casey's can help pave the way should she end up taking the stand, that what story do you believe.  And how cruel she was to her family and what she put them through.  Just my thoughts maybe.

That seems like something the state NEEDS to bring up.  Why would ICA run away from George if the two conspired together to get rid of the remains?  Seems like she should WANT to talk to him at that point to make sure their story corroborates!
