Why are they arguing about the duct tape? Everyone said it was wrapped AROUND the skull and stuck to the back of the hair. What, is the duhfense trying to say that the duct tape was on the ground and someone just WRAPPED it around Caylee's skull? Wasn't it holding the jaw together or something? I hope that will be mentioned later.

I'm watching ICA's reaction to the attorney asking for help on the machines, and she looks like she is going to scream.  She is so angry. She's holding her mouth closed with her hand.  I don't know if she is angry because she hates her own attorney, or if she is angry because she thinks he is making a fool of himself, or what!  Strange face reactions.

I'm sure this is convincing the jury that all three pieces of duct tape were moved by investigators and wrapped themselves around the skull when they touched it.

Hanson said his understanding is that someone may have kicked the skull. Aston objected and moved to strike. It was sustained.

That's unfortunate, because I would think the skull wouldn't have been embedded if it had been recently moved.

Hanson just agreed that the duct tape could have shifted positions during removal.
