This doctor is so good at what she does, that at the very least, she has been given her own show.  And she is so wonderful on that show, with how she treats the victims, their families, that you know 100% that she is like that off camera as well.  She cares very much about what she does, and I have no doubt that the jurors can see that and know she is the person to trust on Caylee's manner of death.
