No worries, it shouldnt have been present at all...bottom line

But, will the jury believe her death was caused by the tape, or what?  Does that matter? 

That is my problem. Everyone knows she did it..But the proof of how when why bothers me listening to the jurors during selection that is what the wanted.

They would have been better off accusing GA of murder, and not this accident stuff. Clearly (as we all already knew) this was not an accident. Dr. G. did a great job of proving that point!! And everyone already clearly knows, GA did not kill Caylee!!

Ok, but why was it on the face at all?
JMO. thought, it could of,probably did slip from decomposition and animal
activity.
