IMO the "upset" had more to do with it being used against her (and rightly so) than the fact it was her daughter.  Methinks they may have hit a bit too close to what really happened for the SheDevil.

I disagree.  However ... I could be wrong.

An overdose of chloroforum would have snuffed the life out of a two year old child in a very short period of time.  No duct tape required.  This is why I speculate that the duct tape was wrapped around Caylee's head following her demise.

Could it be that the death process caused Caylee's clothes to be soiled with feces ... maybe vomit?

Could it be that it was following her daughter's death when Casey changed Caylee's pull up diaper and clothes?

Could it be that the duct tape was then wrapped around Caylee's head to prevent the further escape of body fluids through the ears, mouth and nose?

Think about it.  The clothing Caylee was wearing when discovered was not the same clothes that George had described his granddaughter wearing when he last saw her at 1:00 PM in the afternoon of June 16, 2008.

I think that chloroform was the cause of death, and that the tape was put on afterward either 1) to ENSURE death or 2) after death to prevent bodily fluids escaping as decomposition started

i think she cholorformed her until she fell asleep and then put the duct tape on to smother her to ensure that she died.

Your scenario is still a homicide, whether she died from chlorofrm and she put tape afterwards, or whether she died from the duct tape. 

Correct, she is charged with aggravated child abuse, felony murder & 4 counts of lying to LE.   The aggravated child abuse is included because ANY application of a toxic substance to a child is aggravated child abuse, death occurring from same is felony murder.

ITA ~that is why I think it is not coming in....I think the state's case is strong enough without it and I'd love for it to come in, but not at the risk of a mistrial.
