The State is offering this tape because Baez and defense team has questioned the duct tape.

The info in the tape is highly relevant to this case and to his testimony.

They only have themsleves to blame for the VIDEO ... ITS COMING IN.

Baez and Casey lose again.

It's amazing how the Defense keeps falling into all of the Prosecution's traps.  That is because the Prosecution have been working on this case for 3 years...not mugging for the camera!  They not only compiled all of the evidence, they compiled all of the 'what if's".  It is really impressive.

Klaas...was thinking that maybe we need a fireworks icon...being as 4th of July is coming up soon...and a DP or LWOP decision coming up.

I spoke to my mother today because it is her Bday.  So, we were chatting and I brought up this case.  She only knows very few details and tells me I am psychotic to follow it.

Anyway, she says she has seen some news where they only have circumstantial evidence.  She claimed she thougth Scott Peterson was guilty, but that they had no real evidence and he should not have been found guilty.  She also stated how much she does not trust the law.

I said to her, so is surfing the web 84 times on Chloroform, and then finding chloroform in the trunk of the car where this baby is proved to have been decaying, circumstantial evidence?  She said, yes it is, and she doesn't want to talk about it , it is her birthday.

A few weeks ago, at a hearing, I think.  She and Baez were horsing around before court and she pretended to scratch her head with the middle finger.  It was just ridiculously vulgar.
