I agree to a point, however, none of those are needed in the Penalty Phase IMO.  All of the experts/pundits say one of the reasons why OJ got an acquittal is because the Pros. over-tried the case.  (Took 8 or 9 mos. I think)  That 'could' be a problem in this case because there is soooo much evidence.  And they have to save something for the Penalty Phase, right? ...oh, you know it's coming.

Wondering if they are going to bring the Tatoo in the guilt or penalty phase though?

Regarding Dr. G:

LKB is basically saying that if means of death is determined by the police evidence rather than medical evidence, the you don't need a medical degree.

By doing that, she becomes one sided, not "even".

The reason to keep one ear on her is that I think Baez relies on her and it may be a preview of the defense case. JMO.

The only thing Dr G said that bothers me is that she said the tape was on teh lower mandible.  I know that being 6 months in a bag and then being dragged by animals would shift the tape off her mouth and nose, but will the jury know this?

That was the 2nd or 3 person that said duct tape on the mandible only. Two people said on the mouth and nose..

No worries, it shouldnt have been present at all...bottom line

But, will the jury believe her death was caused by the tape, or what?  Does that matter? 

That is my problem. Everyone knows she did it..But the proof of how when why bothers me listening to the jurors during selection that is what the wanted.

A caller on HLN said he thinks duct taped while chlorphormed, so if she woke up wouldn't scream while Casey parties.
I've thought of this scenario before. If she was in the trunk prob died of heat. Either way no child should have their mouth taped!

Something just occured to me.   
Casey killed Caylee with an overdose of cholorform and then put the duct tape
over her face to make it appear as a kidnapping when the body was found.
That would follow through with her Zanny kidnapping story and also cover the
burns from the cholorform.
