What in hell is Wendy Murphy talking about? She is totally confused about the car, the date, etc. She says KC wasn't even with Caylee on the 16th. HuH?? Or did I totally mishear what she said on JVM?

She doesn't know the facts. KC had the d@mn car from June 16th until she dumped it amscot June 27th. KC admits Caylee died June 16th.

She said the 17th and there is no "other car," seriously the public is getting totally bamboozled by bunk and bull!!

Regarding Dr. G:

LKB is basically saying that if means of death is determined by the police evidence rather than medical evidence, the you don't need a medical degree.
By doing that, she becomes one sided, not "even".

The reason to keep one ear on her is that I think Baez relies on her and it may be a preview of the defense case. JMO.

  Maybe she has conveniently forgotten the Phil Spector re-trial....she pulled that same card in that case and lost.....she and her liar for hire hubby made me want to smack them in that trial, same her....except now I think she might pop if I did, her skin is so tight

I disagree.  However ... I could be wrong.

An overdose of chloroforum would have snuffed the life out of a two year old child in a very short period of time.  No duct tape required.  This is why I speculate that the duct tape was wrapped around Caylee's head following her demise.

Could it be that the death process caused Caylee's clothes to be soiled with feces ... maybe vomit?

Could it be that it was following her daughter's death when Casey changed Caylee's pull up diaper and clothes?

Could it be that the duct tape was then wrapped around Caylee's head to prevent the further escape of body fluids through the ears, mouth and nose?

Think about it.  The clothing Caylee was wearing when discovered was not the same clothes that George had described his granddaughter wearing when he last saw her at 1:00 PM in the afternoon of June 16, 2008.

Has the heart sticker issue been brought into the trial?

I believe all the items which came from the Anthony home that were disposed along with Caylee's remains in a location so close to home imply that Casey was not attempting to implicate the nanny in an abduction.

Maybe I have missed the documentation but ...I have scanned through the following report and ... cannot locate where it is stated that the duct tape was place around the head of Caylee antemortem.  On page two it states "prior to decomposition".

No doubt, and you raised a great point about ME's opinions...guess Mikey might as well toss his degree in the trash. I read a book about a case he testified for the defense, a woman was tossed over a sailboat and tied up IIRC after she was murdered..his basis (and I'll have to go find the exac wording but paraphrasing) for the woman drowning was that she had marks of crab nibbling on her ankles and when the jury spoke they said they tossed out his theory and laughed at him, and wondered how on earth he could make that determination when she had no flesh left once she was found. Makes you wonder how much $$ it takes to sell your soul doesn't it??

Something just occured to me.   
Casey killed Caylee with an overdose of cholorform and then put the duct tape
over her face to make it appear as a kidnapping when the body was found.
That would follow through with her Zanny kidnapping story and also cover the
burns from the cholorform.

The expert witnesses testified that the duct tape was put over the childs mouth post mortem.
Probably the child was crying about something and she slapped the duct tape on her and THEN choroformed her.
