Maybe I am insensitive but if she isn't looking at the pictures I don't see how this testimony is all that disturbing.

Maybe because the sense of sight is not there, her other senses are kicking in more by listening to it all being described in words and detail? Not sure, but maybe that is part of the reason it's making her "upset". I think the reality of it is too much for her because I think she generally lives in her own reality and the "real reality" is being forced upon her??
Just my wild, probably out there guess?

Recovery of remains took from Dec. 11 - Dec. 20.

I remember us watching for days and days....everyone was so dedicated....I remember one day in particular when it was raining like heck and there were mean and women on their hands and knees searching for her tiny little bones in the muck and mire..

self edit...men and women.....not mean....these were caring and dedicated people and I don't want to error on their importance.

Defense objects to how long the bones were there and how they were dispersed.  They will not prevail.

Odd to say, but I'm just glad that what we're seeing is mainly bones. Would be 100x worse if body was found much earlier. #caseyanthony

#caseyanthony really Looks like she is about to be sick. Has tissue to face. Can't tell if she is plugging her nose.

I think she is jiggling her leg to give the appearance of shaking.  It's all a HUGE act.

Jeff just asked if there was any evidence of trauma to the bones made by tools of some sort, witness says no, only animal involvement....I'm just so sad...and Casey, sitting there soaking up attention like a sponge...and now I'm mad.

#CaseyAnthony Schultz says animals had damaged most of the bones. They found all but Caylee's right foot.

And remember that rag-tag group standing in the street to emphasize they weren't allowed in to alter view the crime scene--Lee, Kenney-Baden, Baez, et al looking like sodden fools.

I can't imagine being in that court room, either aws a juror or a part of the audience, and not be affected by these photos.

This chick has no sense of God, respect for life, concious, or any remorse.  Her antics are another "lie" she is putting on for the jury.

Too bad they couldn't pass a casting of Caylee's skull around the court room.  I think that's what it will take to send Casey into never, never land.

Maybe I am insensitive but if she isn't looking at the pictures I don't see how this testimony is all that disturbing.

She's looking at the images in her mind.  She is remembering.

If I was a juror I would be taking her reaction as reliving what she did & now seeing what it caused, NOT that she was grieving.  They can see dry tissue & no makeup running, Im sure they realize she's trying to "appear" a certain way to fit the defense's opening statement.   I doubt they are fooled by her antics.

That's what I meant...Thanks, Capp, for putting it into better words for me.

Not sure this could get any more disturbing, but at the expense of being gross, it's possible some of the missing bones were not located because some critter carried that particular body part off to a nest for young to feed on as it was that time of the year. Some of the skeletal dispersal may also be due to animals actually ingesting bones, they tend NOT to chew (ugh, so sorry) their food thoroughly and then depositing the ingested bones when defecating....I taught college level biology, so while I find all this testimony interesting, as a mother, it makes me sick to my stomach...

So what I gather he's saying is that this body couldn't have been dismembered by Kronk & placed there later on

Just saw a pic of #Caylee 's entire skeleton laid out. It was shocking and macabre. The jury didn't even flinch.

http://twitter.com/#!/stevehelling

Maybe the jury has already made up their minds...if I were a juror I would have by now.

Would love to poll the jury to find out.....but I think you are correct
