Sunny, I love how verbal Mark NeJame is showing his love for his family. He's top-notch in my book.  Thanks for posting his FB comments.
YW tupelo....this case really hits home for him....he adores his little girls. I thought some might enjoy seeing (reading) that part of him

Does anyone think that evil monster will take the stand?

I think she will want to and is convinced she can spin a believable story to the jury, but I can't believe the defense would allow her. Baez might agree as he seems to be more concerned with a good book deal than the actual trial outcome, but surely the others are smarter than that. I believe the defendant can overrule her lawyers and demand to be allowed to testify, so who knows. My gut tells me she wants to get on the stand, but I don't think she will.

KC's wrapping a shawl around her? Gimmie a break. Give her a rocker for her next prop. Geeez....

I would love to take that shawl and tighten it around her damn neck til she stopped breathing

I stand with the girl, Natalee Holloway.

"I can look back over the past 10 years and there were no steps wasted, and there are no regrets,'' she said. "I did all I knew to do and I think that gives me greater peace now." "I've lived every parent's worst nightmare and I'm the parent that nobody wants to be," she said.

Simms is making herself part of the spectacle.  Is that what she went to law school for?!!!!!!!  pftt!!!!   and disgusted!

She might as well, since she is nothing but a babysitter in this trial. Bozo never lets her do anything else. She is just there for looks and to babysit the murderer.

While cleaning the dining room, Cindy sprayed the Febreze generously. "My gosh" she shouted. "It smells like there is a damn dead body in here!" Cindy often says this. It's just an expression she uses.

George quickly agreed, turned off the Food Channel  and then scurried off to work. (yup, sure enough smells like one! see ya around 11.)

His head makes my toes curl..... it just looks like it would hurt.

He's explaining that there is no evidence that he sees that would point to Caylee's death being an accident.

Hmmmmmmmm - Dr Perper said if the tape was not attached to both sides of the skull that he would rule death by asphyxiation because someone wanted to stop her from crying and put it there and suffocated her. Asphyxiation by placement of the tape. He said the bones could have had other evidence but because of the deterioration at that point.

Hello monkeys,,,,

I was wondering if you smart monkey's could answer a question for me..

If BHW (black hearted witch) does get up on the stand does that open the door after trial for bozo to tell "the story" as she is suppose to tell the truth and that would relieve him of the client privilege? TYIA

No, she will not get on the stand.  First, Baez wants to protect her from her accusers and second, she feels safe over there in her corner and will not want to face all the people looking directly at her.  She'll have to see them looking at her if she's on the stand.  Right now where she's sitting she doesn't have to look at anybody if she doesn't want to.

With all the lengths Bozo & Co. went to to prove KC is really a liar (even though they say it's not her fault she lies), how can they expect the jury to believe that if/when she gets on the stand that she is NOW telling the truth?? Just saying, and I'm not so sure she has the guts to get up there on the stand. Unless, she's so sure of herself and thinks she is much smarter than the jury. Which of course is entirely possible with her. Either the defense is just plain stupid, or they think everyone is else stupid?? I think it has to be one or the other but it could even be both.

I'm no forensic expert, but logic tells me a couple of things:

Because the duct tape pieces are stuck to each other when they are found, and also stuck to a portion of Caylee's remaining hair and skull, it is determinable which section of the duct tape was covering Caylee's mouth/nose general area. Width measurements would be possible for that particular section of tape.

Many pictures of Caylee exist close to the time of death........ the nursing home visit video is the last. Measurements could be determined as to distance between Caylee's nose and mouth.

If the duct tape contributed to holding the mandible in place (Schulltz said it did not, but I'm wondering what Dr. G will say), then I'm thinking that maybe it could be determined whether or not the tape covered enough to cause asphyxiation.

I've been thinking that Casey would testify. I just don't see any way Baez's story he gave during opening argumemts could be presented without her testimony.

I'm changing my mind. I don't think Casey wants to be pitted against all this evidence.

On In Sessions Jean (whatever her name is) just said she could not say that KC was crying when she "breaks down" and she did notice that she recovered very quickly when lunch was called the the jury left. She said she dropped the shawl and seemed her self again.

Do you think she might be catching on to the witch's ploy?

I heard it too. Jinkasaurus said when KC got up to go to lunch, her posture was back and she recovered quickly.

I think I agree too. She has not told anyone anything (atleast useful) in 3 yrs. She probably won't now either. I don't think she has the guts to to face to face with the truth or the prosecutors!
