I know and you know that evil monster killed sweet beautiful Caylee, but what I want to know is how all of this evidence proves that KC did it?  I mean don't the jurors have to show how they came to their guilty verdict (hoping and praying that's what they come up with).  Know what I mean?

Kerry Sanders on live chat said that her attorney and KC discussed a plea agreement, but turned it down.
I wonder if that explains Baez's poor defense so that he can get a mis trial. The longer this goes on the more evidence/testimony
etc can be lost.

I think by not calling Kronk it may make the jury wonder if the state is hiding something

Bottom line from this morning is "You don't need to hide a body if the cause of death is an accident."
That is all the jury needs to think about.

Even if one of them goes with the accident lie, if that is brought out by the state, it will stick because what kind of mother would let anyone take their baby away like that?

Or not report anything.....
I agree. She knew the body couldn't be found too soon or there would be more evidence. She knew the body had to be decomposed enough before they found anything. I fully believe that, that's why she hid the body in the woods (after driving around with it for days) and had to stay away from her parents so she didn't have to explain anything to them. She avoided them for that reason, and told her friends Caylee was on vacation with the nanny. It just took 31 days before it all crashed in on her.

Scary part is she almost made it to the 55 days...I wonder what would have happen if she did

But does the state have to call everyone? I thought they would only call certain people who would be relevent to the case. Maybe I'm wrong on that? But, ok he found her, but it's the defense who is trying to make him somehow involved. Although it was just an accident that had nothing to do with him. I don't get the defense's defense anyway!

I am really wondering how bozo plans to put into evidence all the crap he has thrown out there. Of course he is going to go after Kronk like a mad man, but I don't think that will work. So how is he going to prove anything he said? Any ideas?

Remember when he said the tape PROVED she was kidnapped? There are so many lies he has told over these 3 years that he is almost as unreliable in what he says as KC is...........

Kronk not being called by the Pros. is another piece of genius in the Pros. case.

By the Pros. NOT calling Kronk, he is not considered as a Pros. witness.

From what I understand, if someone is a Pros witness...it is assumed by the court that they are a 'hostile' witness to the defense.  So that allows the Def. to treat them as 'hostile', and that allows them certain privileges.  They can ask leading questions, ask hostile questions, etc.

Now, IF Kronk is called by the Def., it is a whole nuther ballgame as to how they can 'treat' him.

Hope this makes sense.

I don't know maybe, but the state is laying it out so methodically to just skip over the finding of her body is weird to me. I just think his character will come into play and all that stuff his exwife said about duct tape will not be good. But it may leave some of the jury wondering why they left him out since the defense says he played such a big role.

OMG - Perper the idiot who screwed up Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy is on In Session.

Yes he is an idiot.  Did you know his nursemaid dropped him on his head when he was a baby and it thickened his skull?  I don't think he is qualified to speak about this case. IN fact, few of the talking heads have even taken the time to learn about the case.  But Perper, when investigating the Anna Nicole Smith death, just asked Stern if anyone gave her drugs.  Stern said no.  Perper said, OK. Apparently there were drugs all over that hotel room. Perper took Stern's word.  I don't know Dr. G. Imean I know who she is, but have never seen her show.  She must be good or she wouldn't hold the position she holds.  Looking forward to her testimony, if Casey can cut out the dramatics and get her butt back in court.
