That's their only tactic they've got going on - accusing witnesses of being "in it for the fame / notoriety". Psh what is the DEFENSE there for? Out of the goodness of their hearts? Defending a child murderer? Right.

so the defense theory of involvement goes something like this:

George - covering up incest
Lee - incest (but apparently unrelated to this altogether)
Kronk - hid a strangers body for $ and fame
Vass - $$ for his new technology
This witness - incompetent ?
Dr. G  - fame and fortune of course.

Why do the defense lawyers question these witnesses as though they've all done something wrong and treat them as if they are somehow guilty of wrong doing, or maybe that they are there for some sort of personal reason to gain notoriety or something? Is it just me? Or is this just a normal way for defense lawyers to be? Ugh, just gets frustrating listening to them question these witnesses who would probably be somewhere else doing something else.

Does Dr. G's report say that the tape was wrapped completely around the head?  I wonder if that is his point.  Other than that, I don't get the point yet.

This is no less worse than some of the stuff yesterday and yet she can look up now with her trout pout on.

Fox had Phil Keating on about 15 minutes ago and he stated he saw the unpixallated pix and the duct tape was wound all around the skull..

The only thing I could think of is that these people are testifying that by the time they got it (and thus Dr. G) the tape had been removed.  I am probably wrong, that doesn't seem to be the point he was making.  I just figure they are trying to nit pick at this point since they have nothing.

my, my, my she isn't slumped over with her chin in her hand....she is sitting up  in her 'wittle' chair. She has the look of 'I could kill you too' on her face!!  She is gonna pull another stunt today.....I think they are going to try for a mistrial...thinking the state will not try her again and will give her a sweet plea deal...oh my she is wiping an eye...working up a crying jag...get ready......

She's certainly giving it the old college try!
