why isn't Baez told by the judge to get control of his client? she should not be allowed to act like that it court imo..
also, Casey could put herself out of this situation if she would tell the truth and admit her guilt..
she is such an actress...soooo fake!
Simms needs to resign..she is only there to make it look like someone has to comfort casey because she is sooooo upset..

I dunno if Casey is "performing" more for the camera or for the jury.  Seems to me that if Casey keeps up with her playacting, which delays testimony, there might be no more camera on Casey.  I wouldn't care much if that were to happen.  Casey on cam has been a distraction from the case proceedings from the start. IMO. 

 

From the time the forensic evidence got serious, she's worn her hair back, away from her face. I feel sure that was calculated. The bangs covering her face would not allow the jury to see the depth of pain in her entire face.

This way, when she pulls her theatrics, like she is pulling now- she may appear to be distressed without having to produce genuine tears.

I've decided I don't want Casey to plead guilty unless she tells everything, including the id of the license in her wallet! (The extra one the police officer took when they were going through her bag.) So, bring on the damaging, soul destroying evidence of her lies.  It will almost compensate me for my tears for Caylee.

It irks me to see KC up there being protected, and even mothered (by her lawyer). That is what KC was supposed to be doing for Caylee, proctecting and mothering her. KC can't even face the fact of what she did and how she let her little daughter end up laying in the woods and what happened to her after she left her little body there. It hurts me seeing the little bit of the pictures we saw. The one of her shorts, and then the picture of the letters that were left from her little shirt next to a picture of her wearing the shirt when she was still alive.

I believe this sidebar was requested just so the jury would have nothing to look at except KC. And her performance.

I think the objection was over a thigh bone.

Wow TruTV is showing a fight broke out in line to get in for the public.   A guy pulled on a woman's arm as she cut in line, reportedly a wrist injury occurred.   I recall saying that the way they did this was ridiculous.   They need to go to a random lottery & avoid this stampede to get in line as the first 50.   It is a disadvantage to the disabled & someone is going to get really hurt.

I agree!  And yes, a disadvantage to the disabled, and could certainly cause more harm to others.  Altho...... the person in the Jazzy wheelchair the other day reportedly was able to zoooooooooom ahead of everyone jostling for position, to the very front of the line.  How many could get hurt by getting run over by a wheelchair?  And how many folks would be tempted to just go rent or borrow one to gain better advantage?  Sheesh!
