News 13 wants to be very clear, Casey Anthony's attorneys have not come to the Clothing Closet to ask for clothes for her, but they do have access to it if they want to.

Most of Casey's clothes have been donated. Her mother, Cindy, used to bring her own clothes from her home. Casey's attorneys and others have also donated clothes to her.

Seems to me they need to visit that closet and get her out of those pajama tops.

I know and you know that evil monster killed sweet beautiful Caylee, but what I want to know is how all of this evidence proves that KC did it?  I mean don't the jurors have to show how they came to their guilty verdict (hoping and praying that's what they come up with).  Know what I mean?

Help please!!  I'm looking for Caylee's DNA/heritage.  I know she had no African American in her.  Did she have Hispanic?  This would answer if Baez is the father, which imo, is really reaching.

My comments about the duct tape.  Some experts are saying it may not have been around the head, others saying yes it was.  I'm saying it was around the head.  Measurement of the duct tape and the measurement of the scull should answer that question.  However, even if the duct tape wasn't around the head, it's still the same, rare duct tape that came from the A's house, so the tape had to have been around Caylee's body somewhere.  But I can't imagine that if the tape was on another part of Caylee's body it just happened to wrap around her skull during the water episodes.  And to stick into her hair.  Don't think that happened.

Bottom line from this morning is "You don't need to hide a body if the cause of death is an accident."
That is all the jury needs to think about.

Even if one of them goes with the accident lie, if that is brought out by the state, it will stick because what kind of mother would let anyone take their baby away like that?

I think JB may, in closing statements, refer back to his opening bombshell as
his way of providing reasonable doubt to the jurors (sort of like one of those TV programs).....and reasonable doubt is all he needs to plant....
did she drown, was she abused, did someone else handle the body?

No Casey on the stand...and no proof of what happened.....maybe some parting
shots at the Prosecution....and then he sits down.

I could see him doing that but as a juror I would be thinking: but why didn't you show me something? Otherwise, JB can say whatever he wants. He had to throw George in there so they could explain KC lying. I don't buy it though, I hope the jury doesn't either.

Hi....I agree with you....if I were a juror, I would not like you playing with my intelligence....
if you tell me something, I want to know about it.....but I don't think he will be able to

They don't have to show anything. All they have to do is vote their conscience. As I said in another post. "You don't need to hide a body if the cause of death is an accident." That is all the jury needs to think about.

I was thinking she will get the death penalty.
Its obvious she did this to the jury imo.
I doubt Baez has convinced the jury George found Caylee especially after dog testimony.

Defense made a huge deal out of the morally bankrupt Kronk and his hoarding a dead baby for months....State cleverly did not call Kronk, a strategic play to make the defense call him theirselves.  Then the defense will have to be outreagously ugly to Kronk and show themselves as being inept before the jury, then the State will come in and ask a few specific questions that will rehabilitate Kronk.

Think:  How many times was chloroform accessed - 84!!
