Baez is proffering.  You asked for this movie to be prepared?  Yes.  Was it for the purpose to appeal to the jury?  No.  Was it for the purpose to show the jury something of a graphic nature?  No.  Was it to make the jury emotional?  No.  It was just for the purpose of demonstrating to the jury?  Yes.

Judge calls for a 5 min break........break is over. 4:25pm

You are aware another piece of duct tape was found 9 feet away?  I was not aware of that?  What you showed us was just one possibility?  True.  There are other possible scenarios that could involve both her death and the duct tape?  NO.  What I am saying that there are other possibilities that could involve her death.  Yes.  You have no quick time movies of that, do you?  No

The duct tape was place prior to decomposition.  That mandible was held in place by the duct tape.  The duct tape was never stuck to the bone, when the tissue decomp the hair stuck to the tape, keeping the mandible in place.  Jeff is showing him a photo. This is the photo that Mr. Baez showed you?  Yes.  The hair is not under the mandible, when the scalp decomposes the hair slides down and settles around the base of the skull, often called a bird's nest.  Hair preserves fairly well, it lasts awhile.  Jeff is done......

Baez is showing him a photo.  There is root growth under the mandible?  Yes.  Do you see roots attached to the hair mat?  I do.  The roots could also keep the mandible attached to the skull?  That's possible. Baez is done........

Are you familiar with plant growth involving decomp?  Yes.  Roots can keep a mandible in place but the hair would of had to fall off first?  Correct.  So the only thing holding the mandible in place would be the tape?  YES

You are not a botanist? No.  You don't know the position of that body?  No.  Or where the hair was?  No.  All you have is hair stuck to duct tape.  Yes.

Did I hear right, CJBP basically told Bozo that if he asks for another mistrial the Judge will reserve ruling until just before the verdict?  If so, that effectively puts an end to some of Bozo's nonsense.

Casey Gets Angry, Cries As Caylee Autopsy Pics Shown

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony became angry and cried as Chief Medical Examiner and local T.V. personality, Dr. Jan Garavaglia, also known as Dr. G., described photos that were shown to the jury of Caylee's autopsy on Friday. Friday marks day 26, including jury selection, of Casey's murder trial.

Dr. G. also described the crime scene and some of the pictures she took of Caylee's remains as they were shown to the jury.

"Were also looking at the hair mat and were looking at the roots that were going through the hair mat," said Dr. G.

Dr. G. explained how Caylee's remains were found entwined with growth and infested with bugs. She was asked to explain why Caylee's death was ruled a homicide, even though there was not a cause of death confirmed.

"Do you have an opinion as to the manner of death in this case?" Dr. G was asked.

"Yes," she replied. "Homicide. It's based on three main things. When a child isn't reported, that's something we look for; for foul play. The body was hidden, also the body is also in a closed container, a suitcase or a bag, like this one was. The last would be the duct tape, located somewhere on the lower half of the face."

Dr. G. continued to explain why she ruled Caylee's death a homicide.

"No child should have duct tape on their face when they die. There's no reason to put duct tape on the face after they die," said Dr. G.

Even the talking heads noted how Killer was all tears in front of the jury, but when they leave the room she's mad.

I think they are finally catching on to what we have been talking about since the start of this. They sure are slow in their uptakes to be considered journalists.
