Defense attorney Cheney Mason tried to poke holes in Garavaglia's findings, getting her to admit that toxicology tests on the bones came up negative for "volatile chemicals." Still, she stuck by her conclusions even when Mason tried to suggest the idea of an accident.
"You're trying to tell this jury 100 percent that this death couldn't be an accident?" Mason asked at one point.
"Accidental deaths are reported 100 percent of the time -- unless there's reason not to," Garavaglia responded.

When I heard JB say that about the spagetti, it told me he's been watching nancy grace...she's been wearing that one out about the defense.

Janet, I belive it was during Wednesday or Thursdays testimony and I for the life of me cannot think who said it - I know that doesn't help much, I'll keep trying to think of it.

Looks like these two pictures were taken near in time to me.

I think the black & white (bottom) pic is when Caylee was a little older.  It appears that she has lost just a tiny bit of that baby fat in her cheeks.  I have a 2 1/2 year old with chubby cheeks that are thinning as well.

I'm sure someone has already explained but the top photo was taken June 15, 2008 the day before she was murdered.

I watched the OJ trial nonstop. I was certain he would be found guilty.
There were so many things which pointed to him as being guilty.

He was acquited of slicing human's throats in COLD blood.

To this day I can remember Cochran saying:"IF the glove does not
fit, u must acquit !"
At that moment I knew $$ buys freedom, and look how high in
demand Cochran became after this MAJOR victory for OJ !!!!!!!!

Bottom line, I want justice for this sweet child, but nothing is certain,
except death and paying taxes.

Jose is defending Casey pro bono, correct ? Once he talked with her, and saw the interest and press coverage, I think in my heart that he sees bigtime $$ 's !
I am certain that he will get a big cut out of the Lifetime movie money. Also, if he gets her off, or even the death penalty removed, or a reduction in charges by the jury, or can  manipulate due to the fact that she was not read her Miranda rights.....who  knows ?

He could end up as a strong, sought after attorney. A BOZO, but a high power atty., able to perform miracles !

I still feel that it was an accident which went wild after it happened. IF anyone told her NOT to call 911, perhaps she would not ?
I also think that George A is capable of molesting. He has proved he is also a liar and a cheater.

NO - NO & NO - Bozo is NOT defending her pro bono - he never has. It was told in the beginning she gave him or her parents gave him $5,000 retainer then he sold those pictures for her and got almost $300,000. (which by the way the IRS is after her for unpaid taxes which he will have to pay because he was acting as her PA and put the money in his trust account) He really could be in a lot of trouble over that before it is over.

He may try to sell it for a movie - but I think the Anthonys attorney is smart enough to be way ahead of him on that one. He will NEVER end up as a high powered, sought after, attorney because he is ignorant of the law and anyone who has watched this trial would know he is way out of his league even with the coaching from all the others. I am betting as soon as this trial is over he loses his law license permanently. (of course he will "voluntarily surrender it" just like obama and his wife did.) That is just a way to keep the Bar from taking it and filing charges.

It was no accident - she had to hide the body because it would have shown how she killed her and all the drugs she had given her. It HAD to decompose as fast as possible. NO ONE has a child drown and does not call for help. Even the Coroner said that today.

I have a friend who is a defense attorney here who has been watching this on TV because of a broken ankle and she says she shudders each time she hears bozo speak because she knows how he is going to be so off the mark. She had no knowledge of the case  before and she said he better get busy and beg the state for a plea bargain because she feels the death penalty is inevitable in this case.

Even if there is an appeal bozo won't be a part of it because the state no longer has to pay him. They will appoint a public defender. (In my opinion if she had a PD from the start she would have walked in about 8-10 years with a plea deal) Of course bozo had to have his "face time" and the money he took from her (which has not been accounted for yet) so there could be no plea deal. JMO

You have to find when the video of it...Kc wasn't under arrest and could leave at any time when they were first interviewing her to the where abouts of the babysitter.  And where she worked and so on.

I think his payment is contingent on them winning the trial. That's how my defense attorney friends operate. If Casey is convicted, he's out a lot of money and the Anthonys don't owe him anything (I think)...you can make good money as a defense attorney, but it's always a gamble.

I never even once considered he would be convicted. It was a race thing. The jury was stacked with uneducated jurors who could not discern the evidence and they played the race card daily to make him look like a victim. That was a once in a lifetime trial which none of that ever worked again no matter who tried to use race as a factor. OJ is in jail now and Cochran died a horrible death at a young age so maybe justice got served after all.

There is no way to make KC look like a victim - she is a psychopath and should be sentenced to a mental hospital for the criminally insane for the rest of her life and kept in shackles.
