every time he says "trash" to replace every time Baez calls it "garbage" just sends her to the funny farm.  She can barely hold it in.  I love a good laugh, but this is quite disturbing.  She's past the breakdown, over the tears , and has moved into laughter.  She's got great coping skills.  She should be studied, seriously, she's a cold one.

I hope the jury takes note of this. I wish that JP could see the pic of her giving someone the middle finger the other day in court

I'm missing something... what is with the trash vs garbage argument 

this witness (and all the State's witnesses, I believe) described the bag in the trunk as "trash" since there was no food found.  The defense wants to call it "garbage" because there has to be a food source for these flies.  The source was decomp but the defense is trying to say it was rotting food and there was none there.  So, it's become a back and forth with the State/Defense.  Trash vs. Garbage

Don--I'm glad you said that.  I think his blind support of Baez simply because they are both Hispanics is indeed rascist. In fact that idiot Rivera as much as said that was his reason to support Baez--common ethnic background.   No argument from this quarter about the moron part, either.  You don't have to be Hispanic to be ignorant.  One has nothing to do with the other.
