He's methodically destroying the defense's claims in opening statement.   The fact that Bozo made those ridiculous explanations & accusations during the defense opening will go down in infamy within the legal community.   The defense boxed themselves in & now when they do not have the burden have to attempt to back up their assertions & they will fail on each and every one.

Haskell wants you to see it that way. He actually is enjoying this...he is so knowledgeable about this topic and is playing with Baez like a cat plays with a mouse. I love watching Haskell work Baez like a sheep dog. He works Baez out one way, then another direction. It almost needs a music soundtrack.
