Not sure if anyone else watched Joy Bayhar or Dr Drew last night when Marsha Clark was on talking about Baez and how in experienced he is with this whole thing. She was laughin at him. She actually looked very attractive ..way better then she did at Ojs hearing. lol

Oh, Snap, Baez, subtle inference that Haskell will sue if he doesn't get paid...("you're a lawyer..."

Because Defense expert witnesses don't get paid now do they? Well it would appear that no one gets paid by Baez, lol.  Wonder how much Baez is going to pay the shrink that he plans to call who will say that all of Casey's actions can be directly related to George and not getting a pony when she was 7.

Not to mention, who knew that baez was working for free. Who got all that Disney $'s and $'s from photo rights.

Baez just can't help himself, can he?  It's almost painful to watch, but fascinating in a car crash on the highway sort of way. 

Exactly Monken....however, I find myself mentally checking out when Colonel Sanders takes over , I hope the jury is not...He irritates me even more than Bozo...I find him harsh, rude and condescending...jmo

In essence, Haskell is stating that after just a very few days, someone removed Caylees body from the trunk of Casey's car, then wiped up the remaining decomposition with the paper towels.

This may be the most gruesome idea yet presented in this trial.

How cold does a person have to be to do this?

It is gruesome and it's also very consistent with the known facts in this case; Casey backing into the garage, asking for a shovel, etc.

I don't think it's gonna take this jury long to come back with a guilty verdict.  My husband hasn't followed this case at all, just listening as he's passing through the room, and he can't believe how long the trial is taking.  He says, "She's guilty" and he knows nothing about this other than the snippets he's heard.

It's gruesome - it's brutal. The discussion makes me wanna barf.  ... then to see Casey laughing hysterically like she is watching "Last Comic Standing" over the trash v. garbage debate. It's surreal.
