Caylee Marie Anthony- MURDER TRIAL- DAY 16 - 6/11 - 6/12/2011

is it possible that we can attribute the pictures in our records to where they came from **ABOVE** the pictures.  They're from CayleeDaily who attributes them to Joe Burbank from Orlando Sentinel. There's some nastiness going on about how we're 'ruining the trial', etc.  People won't use their eyes, and I think it might cause problems if we don't clearly attribute them to the truly responsible party for the graphic photos.  Thanks.

I don't understand this post.

Most of our pics come from the trial on TV.

Others have been attributed to crankycrankerson who told us we could use her shots..and she has been given credit.

Which pics on here?

And how are we ruining the trial?

People who say we are "ruining" the case - are idiots.  They're the ones who didn't read the one statement sayign that the pictures were from CayleeDaily.  They also didn't go to CayleeDaily and see that the pictures came from Burbank.

That being said, I thought that when we brought photos over from another online source, not from the screen, and I'm talking ***strictly*** about the graphic photos here, that we were supposed to attribute the source.

Again ---->  I am talking about the graphic photos.  The skeleton, the hair matt, the ones that came from CayleeDaily but not every post attributes them as such.

I haven't read all the posts yet but is bozo putting his goons out again to complain about "the case?"  NOBODY can ruin his case - He never had a case - IMO he screwed over his client for her money and fame for himself by not pleading her out before the body was found and now he knows she is going down as most likely he is too. I ignore any and all of these naysayers unless they blatantly post lies on here and then I post the truth for them so people aren't deceived.

I gotta say that today has brought excellent points to the surface.

The clothes Caylee was found wearing (or had been wearing) do not make sense with the defense's story of drowning. She was not in a swim suit and neither George nor Casey would have "buried" her in that outfit.

The shovel was used to pry up the pavers from the Ant's home, that were then found at the remains site.
That would explain the short time Casey had the neighbor's shovel, the pavers at the remains site (to weight down the bag Caylee was in), and perhaps C&G's work in the backyard.

We also got to see a matching laundry bag to the one Caylee was found in, from the Ant's garage. Pictures of matching garbage bags were also entered into evidence.

The State's doing a great job........... and so are the Monkeys!!     ::justice2NJ::

The heart sticker is also apparently coming in! Pictures of heart stickers were entered into evidence!

On the reflector site they just showed the whole video of the way they showed it to the jury of the picture of Caylee morphing into the skeleton with the duct tape. I had no way to download it but I did capture it picture by picture as best I could.

Could it be that there be an underlining motive why Cindy and George's attorney is not objecting to the the defence's despicable accusations?

Bottom Line!  Jury deliberations encompassing reasonable doubt is all that matters to Casey's parents ... a hung jury ... is all that matter to Baez.  IMO

I know the judge asked casey repeatedly if she wanted jose as her attorney? she said yes many times on record.

But under the above circumstances ... how can that go and how many directions?

Actually, if their contention is accidental drowning, then she wouldn't have been in a swimsuit or swimmers because they claim she went out by herself, climbed the ladder that Cindy had left out by mistake, and jumped in the pool by herself. Never mind the fact that Cindy said Caylee would wait till Cindy was in the pool and then jump into her arms. Their dumb story made no sense. If she wanted to swim and both George and Casey were in the house, wouldn't she have been bugging one of them to take her swimming, like she usually did with an adult?

The only motions that George & Cindy have filed in this case had to do with Caylee or Casey or their personal medical records.   George is not on trial in this case.   For that matter, Kronk is not on trial in this case & his attorney did not raise an objection or file a motion due to the defense's wild & deplorable opening statement either.

Interesting also Bill Sheaffer says in this video maybe the hands were tied. when they get to the hand evidence and the other tape it will be interesting to see if maybe the hands were taped too. And that the face had 3 layers of tape on it!

I don't think they will offer her a deal.....their case is going too well....I most definitely could be wrong, just don't feel it happening,but who knows? I certainly have already seen and heard alot in this case that has surprised me!

All defense experts will now demand payment up front.

My boss is an expert witness and he requires payment in full prior to his deposition and/or trial testimony.  If we don't receive payment prior to, the attorney will have to bring the check with him/her to the depo or trial and hand it to my boss.  We rarely have to resort to this, though, as most attorney's pay us in full prior. 

I am surprised that this expert was not paid prior to his testimony, but then again, maybe he drank the Anthony/Baez "kool-aid" and actually believed he really was going to get paid.

I totally agree....she had her chance long ago....they are going full steam ahead for a conviction.....
