A garbage bag "inside a suitcase?"  Strange. Also a garbage bag inside a cooler?

I put one in for worn clothing while on vaca to separate from clothes that were not worn during the trip.

I find it strange they had two identical laundry bags - I wonder if Cindy replaced that bag after she realized it was missing to cover up for KC.  I am SO impressed with the methodical way the state has their case set up. It is easy to understand and they have left out nothing.

It could have been Casey as well

IIRC There were a few Whitney canvas laundry bags at the A's home. One of them contained pool toys and was kept in one of the sheds...

BINGO!!

Could it be that Cindy also bought another Winnie the Pooh blanket for the same reason?

But detective Yuri Melich confronted Cindy about withholding evidence that could lead to Caylee.

"I asked you for your credit card records. I still don't have it," Melich said.

"I gave you receipts," Cindy replied.

"You can't hold it back," Melich said.

Maybe Cindy orignally had 2; one for whites and one for colored clothing?

The question should be....to what bone was the duct tape closest to.

May I ask how many here store there trash bags in a suitcase, a cooler and a dog crate? I do a lot of stupid things to store stuff but never trash bags. I usually keep mine in a central location to the trash cans.

But why is it stored on the top shelf in the garage?  Doesn't sound as if it was used regularly to me.

We know Casey went into the sheds, including breaking a lock

I just have to say, that the State is wonderfully methodical and doing a great job.

ITA

With such an overwhelming amount of evidence, witnesses and experts..it has been laid out in such a clear, concise, easy to follow manner..that makes perfect sense...

Linda has done an excellent job in weaving this information together.

Why don't they show the actual evidence instead of photos?

I understand the chain of custody is needed to establish the collection of an item to it's testing to entering it into evidence, however, by not showing the actual item up close and in person- it looses it's effectiveness.

If Casey had to see an actual cast of Caylee's skull, the actual duct tape, the laundry basket, Caylee's doll- even in clear plastic- wouldn't you think her response would be much different than it is sitting there looking at annonymous brown packages?

I put one in for worn clothing while on vaca to separate from clothes that were not worn during the trip.

I do the same thing when I travel too. I also keep garbage bags in my cooler and beach bag. I'm a little anal about littering...

For whatever it's worth, I line coolers with a clean garbage bag before putting ice in. Makes keeping them clean easier.

That is because the roll of duct tape that was used on the gas can and Caylee was taken by Casey.  That is why the roll is not found in the house.  The roll was probably kept in the SHED.

is it possible that we can attribute the pictures in our records to where they came from **ABOVE** the pictures.  They're from CayleeDaily who attributes them to Joe Burbank from Orlando Sentinel. There's some nastiness going on about how we're 'ruining the trial', etc.  People won't use their eyes, and I think it might cause problems if we don't clearly attribute them to the truly responsible party for the graphic photos.  Thanks.
