You guys are falling right into Bozo and Casey's hands, creating reasonable doubt.  There is absolutely NO comparison to the OJ case and if the OJ had been done today he would have been convicted.  DNA evidence was "new" back then. 

I completely agree on so many levels.   Bottom line every defense allegation, explanation, accusation, excuse IS A LIE, every flippin word of it.   There is one line in this trial that is all the truth anyone needs...."Maybe its because Im a spiteful B"

As far as the night Cindy and Casey had that big fight wasnt there some report that she was at or outside a hotel pacing back and forth talking on the phone, i have not heard anything about that. i dont think Casey spent the night there after the fight and i dont think george saw either on of them that morning

Yes there was. I can't remember the name of the hotel but she was either caught on tape or people saw her or both.

I believe the Winnie the Pooh bedding set comes out in various designs periodically.
Obviously, the blanket was missing along with Casey and Caylee.
Cindy may very well have wanted to keep the set complete as this was the theme of Caylee's room.
Since the blanket was missing, there was no telling where it was, the condition of it or if Casey would even return it.
Cindy was a doting grandmother to Caylee.
I don't view replacing the blanket as something sinister, or proof of a cover-up, but that's just my thoughts on this issue.
Casey and Caylee were seperate people and Cindy had seperate relationships with each of them.
As a parent and grandparent, when your children are grown they are adults responsible for their own actions and the consequences of their actions.
But- the grandchildren, especially toddlers, need someone to look out for them 24/7. 
Cindy appeared to be doing this.
With all the other issues, directly created by and caused by Casey, it seems like this blanket is a moot point. 
Even if Cindy purchased 15 blankets, Casey is the sole responsiible party for Caylee's death.
Casey, by her own hand, maliciously and deliberately murdered this child. 
What parent wants to acknowledge that?  As any parent, I'm sure Cindy and George were in serious denial.  You can't fault these people for wanting to believe in their child.  How would any of us respond put in this same position?

If I did, why in the world would bozo want them OUT of the trial?

The defense's statement there is stupid because Casey did live at home & did return to the home several times BEFORE she was arrested & during the time that the spiteful B didnt report Caylee "missing," so it doesnt matter whatsoever what happened from July 15th to Dec 11th, 2008.    It i equally as ridiculous that she didnt fess up because she was protecting her father -- I cant even feel any empathy for anyone that gives an credence to this bunk and bull coming from Casey & her defense team.

I am thinking they matched the frame and the matting on the picture at the remains scene.

Exactly what I was thinking!  Further, if they can show the frames and photos in Casey's room before and not after . . . it clearly connects Casey with the scene.  No one else would toss out those photos.  MO, Cindy to the rescue, replacing the photos in Casey's room.

OK think of what Baez said in his objection to the pics of Casey's room ... she had not lived in the home for 6 months. It is the defense's premise that Caylee drown, yes I know its BS, but we must prove its BS. So if Caylee wondered out to the pool in the AM as others were sleeping ... I though KC did not live in the home? From what Baez just stated.Yet she had access to the house, including the shed which Baez made a point to say there was a lock on. Well of course KC had access to shed she took the gas cans.

The duct tape is a loser as all the State was doing was entering it into evidence, they will be explaining it later when the tie it altogther. It is shameful that Casey and Baez are trying to pin this all on George. If she was my daughter, she might as well be found guilty because she would be already dead to me.

BBM.  I agree with you.  I love my daughter more than life itself, but if she were to (God help me) turn out like Casey, I'd be done with her.

With all due respect I think there is confusion over the date the pics were taken and when Casey did not live at home.

Those pics of Casey's room were taken in December of 2008 after little Caylee's body was found..when LE went back to Hopespring Dr to search the house for evidence relating to what was found at the disposal site.

In December Casey had not lived at the house for approx 6 months, discounting the time she was out on bail, because she had been in jail.

At the time of Caylee's death in June of 2008 Casey and Caylee were still living at the home of George and Cindy.

Bozo is just plain wrong! He objected to pics of KC's bedroom being entered into evidence. This pic was taken in Dec, after Caylee's body was discovered on Suburban. One reason Bozo gave for NOT allowing the photo was that KC hadn't lived in the room for 6months...BS! IIRC LP bailed Skanky's arse out in early Sept. and she was arrested on "new" charges on or around Oct . 14th. Therefore KC had not lived in her room on Hopespring for about 2 months, maybe even a few days shy of 2 mos., at the time the evidence photot was taken....

It is regarding the heart stickers, we have pictures of what was retrieved from Casey's room which included heart sticker sheets & if memory serves an envelope with a heart sticker taken from it.

One thing I need to say is if the Anthonys had told the truth from the beginning and told all the details about the grandmother's checks, the credit cards, the fight with Cindy, etc. this case would have been solved LONG ago. I am convinced THEY KNEW she was dead, they just didn't know how or where she was. I believe they used the "she is missing" campaign for their own finances. They NEVER ONCE went out personally walking around hunting for that child. They set up tents and took money while others did all the work. They didn't really ask TES there but when Tim came they acted like they wanted him there but then would not cooperate with him. That told me they KNEW she was dead at the time. A grandparent would DO ANYTHING to find their child if they thought they were missing.

Yes, Cindy was really sobbing on the stand, but like KC I see her sobbing for what might have been and herself. She has to be sad to finally realize she raised a psychopathic killer, but she had the signs for years and did nothing. Did they contribute to Caylee's death? In my eyes they might as well killed her because they knew KC was unstable and let her take that baby. It would be like leaving your child with a known pedophile and "assuming" nothing would happen.  If Cindy had the guts to choke KC, then surely she had the power to keep Caylee that night instead of letting KC leave with her knowing how rageful KC had been in the past. They knew her temper, and they knew Caylee was in danger from that temper because they walked on egg shells around KC to keep from setting her off.

I still think they are trying to cover up for KC and the prime example of that is that bogus story about how they sat around the computer looking at pictures when the neighbors said they heard KC screaming and cussing the night of the 15th. She told NOTHING about that fight and neither has George which I believe contributed directly to Caylee being murdered.

Good morning everyone , I don't post much but I have been trying to figure out who Caylee's father is since this all started. I have had several theories in the past but when I saw Jeff Hopkins on the stand the other day it just amazed me how much she kind of favors him. Did any of you insightful monkeys have the same thoughts?

 I agree she killed Caylee the night (June 16th) she and her mom had the big fight. Has anyone heard that she told her mother that night she would never see Caylee again? A caller on NG mentioned it but I had not heard that before. I do believe that she killed Caylee to get back at her mother.

It was interesting that a much more respectable body language expert, Tonya Reiman on Judge Jeanine last night went thru reactions from Cindy, George & Casey.  In essence,Tonya said that Cindy's testimony & grief was real & wrenching, George was telling the truth & Casey although shed a few tears carried it on for drama.

Casey and Caylee were seperate people and Cindy had seperate relationships with each of them.

It was the timing of the blanket replacement which screamed to me it was a cover up. If Cindy was concerned about it she would have replaced it immediately not after the police were involved and asking about the bedding.

As for KC and Caylee having separate relationships with Cindy, that would be true in a functional family, but in this family you can see from just the small amount of information about them out there that the whole family was so enmeshed in each other there were no boundaries.

KC resented Cindy's love of Caylee just like she resented Jesse's love for her. She could not take anyone close to her loving Caylee more than her, she is a psychopath. Nothing was going to stand in her way of getting what SHE wanted. Her gig was up with all the lies about work and her next plan had not kicked in like she had envisioned, so she was caught between a rock and a hard spot with not only her parents but Tony. Poor little Caylee got the brunt of her rage.

I think the prosecution is well aware that George and Cindy have twisted the truth during this whole ordeal but their testimony (imho) is critical and so rather than call them out on some of the inconsistencies, they are using the important testimony (i.e. dead body smell, all the lies, etc).  At the end of this trial, it doesn't much matter to the jury whether Caylee died on the 15th or the 16th. 
In other words, I think the known facts are strong enough to overcome the unknown facts.

Also remember when Bozo said that the chloroform in the syringe and the gatorade bottle was "insignificant" because chloroform is found in tap water. Wonder if he is still going to stick with that story? LOL

I have to believe that George and Cindy will be taking the stand again. They are going to have to go thru time lines and discuss the evidence that was entered yesterday, ie duct tape. They are going to end with a bang and with all evidence entered, they can ask anything that ties it all together.

I can't wait to hear the States closing argument.

Good morning everyone , I don't post much but I have been trying to figure out who Caylee's father is since this all started. I have had several theories in the past but when I saw Jeff Hopkins on the stand the other day it just amazed me how much she kind of favors him. Did any of you insightful monkeys have the same thoughts?

 I agree she killed Caylee the night (June 16th) she and her mom had the big fight. Has anyone heard that she told her mother that night she would never see Caylee again? A caller on NG mentioned it but I had not heard that before. I do believe that she killed Caylee to get back at her mother.

I have not heard of that but would be the perfect ace in the hole for the prosecution, if they had a witness to testify..... there is the everpresent "hearsay" problem tho.....

I belonged to the bounty hunter forum at the time. Leonard got a call from someone who claimed to see ICA in a parking lot the night in question. He only got the one message and was unable to get in touch with the caller.
Moot point now...move on.
