OMG...what a boob!  Judge Perry just gave Baez the rationale for his objection, the 6th amendment, and Baez is still bucking for the 403...Take the gift, Jose, you nimrod....how stupid can you be?

Another example of bozo not being prepared as they were available to the defense at the FBI office and Ms. Simms went there on a weekend to view all of it.

So... Baez is saying they didn't get anything about a power point, and Simms says yes they did, just not color copies.   Wow, they're all screwed up.

Steven Shaw tells CJBP that the defense was informed about a study with photographs, copy attached - provided in color
Provided to the State of Florida in early May & forwarded to the defense
Written portion was Fed Ex'd to the State more recently, Paula Wolf informed in March - emailed in color

Steven Shaw's dep was in May with Ashton & Sims - the photographs were sent by email to the field office
Ms Wolf from FBI is in the court room
Sims was afforded another opportunity to examine photographs
Ashton not aware that defense received something in black & white versus color

Sims wrote down on the 9th, last week
Ashton - defense asked for 4 additional copies, Ashton put it on the defense table

Sims is animated in her argument - she's giving another version, also stating that she was not permitted to copy

She is also saying she saw the color copies but could not copy them although they were sent to bozo by email. This is a train wreck.

3 years of knowledge - the hair in the trunk & the hair mass part of discovery for a long time, deposition taken, FBI accommodating for the defense to come see, they had a pretrial hearing on it, where's the surprise?

Maybe if Bozo and Mumbles wouldn't have been doing interviews on television then maybe he might be prepared.  If Simms has viewed them how come Bozo didn't take the opportunity to view them also?
