Findings it troubling that the color presentation was not provided to the defense so cannot be used but the witness can testify to the study

You all have a good point. Besides, the state has so so so many other ways of proving KC is guilty so if they can't show a powerpoint, it's not a big deal.

However, I can't even deal with Bozo today. I'll be back later to read Magic's updates.
