No, I think they should move on, but hopefully Jeff will clear it up for the jury in his recross.

IMHO, this testimony is a toss up as to how it will be interpreted by the jury, so far.

I cannot follow Baez at all.  Every time he gets up to question a witness I get confused.  And every witness will ask Baez to clearify what he's asking.  I think if I'm confused with Baez, the jurors are gonna be.  I follow the state just fine.

SOOOO GLAD they were not allowed to show the presentation.  That would have taken hours to go slide by slide and Bozo objecting, and I am already bored to tears, and I can imagine the jury being the same way.

No, his 2 examiners, picked out 1 hair (but different one) each on their review of these hairs, that they identified as having hair banding, but were not, and realized their mistake and excluded those hairs, and the 1 hair each did come form live people, and were then left in the elements to see what would happen.  I think is what I got anyway.

thank goodness I am not the only one confused.....but Jeff just asked him if he had seen hair banding other than from a corpse and he said no.....
