Okay, I know this terrible, but I wish this hair banding stuff was over.  I really want to see Robyn Adams testify.  Casey is smiling and flirting with the Thwarted Lawyer.  She's probably telling him his shirt matches hers, and now they are soul mates.

I don't think it would matter what Casey had on or what her hair looks like. She is just a cold unsympathetic, unlikeable woman and that can't be changed..You can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig..With lipstick!  jmo



A great deal of think time goes into "grooming" of the defendant.  Unfortunately, I don't believe the right "think tank" was involved in Casey's case.

No, his 2 examiners, picked out 1 hair (but different one) each on their review of these hairs, that they identified as having hair banding, but were not, and realized their mistake and excluded those hairs, and the 1 hair each did come form live people, and were then left in the elements to see what would happen.  I think is what I got anyway.

No, the one in the trunk had a band, and I proffer that it was pulled out when KC was moving Caylee from one place to the other.  Just slipping her arm underneath her head to pick her up, can pull out a hair.  I think....

Evidently defense after having almost 3 yrs to prepare for this case have decided to drag it out with all their objections, sidebars, etc. I guess they are scared to get this trial to a verdict.
