Bozo looks like he has no idea what that is. It is SO obvious he has not prepared for this case at all. I just sit here amazed how he gets by with this.

She is very specific with her explanations to the jury.

This gal reminds me of the other Welsh girl. They look alike IMO
I thought the same.  They have the same forehead.  (Must mean they are really, really smart!)

Love it, she asks Jeff if she can refer to her notes, and also asks the Judge if she can.  I've never seen this before.  She looks at the jury and explains to them about the duct tape.  She also speaks slowly enough for the court reporter.  FBI training, no doubt.

Wonder how the jury will receive her...she sounds WAY TOO REHEARSED!!!!

They are taught to testify that way because it increases their credibility.

Fontaine: Recieved 2 pices of tape stuck together, and one piece seperately. The tape was 6 to 8 inches in length.

Duct tape no longer sticky. The string and glue had seperated from the plastic of the tape.

Training, yes.. I hope she doesn't rub the jurors the wrong way.

Duct tape (a gob of clue and strings hanging on to the rest of the plastic)

tested for latent fingerprints - she was told it was found in an area that was subjected to flooding

It doesn't sound very natural, though...  personally, I wouldn't care for that if I were on the jury.  I would believe she knew her stuff, but I wouldn't care for how she is speaking.

She was given the history of the tape (environmental conditions and the fact that the tape was found on the remains, subjected to water, etc.) She did not expect to find fingerprints according to the conditions.

Tape (Q63) had an outline of a heart.

BINGO!!

No latent fingerprints on the duct tape.  Q-63 saw a heart shaped residue...

The size of a dime, Fontaine compares the glue or "debris" to what you would find with a bandaid removal (brilliant visual)

Fontaine saw the artifact outline under a specific light that helps eliminate the background for latent prints.

The heart was about the size of a dime.

I agree.. she may be trained in the manner to talk to the jury, however has the jury been trained to receive it this way?  I worry it sounds a little condescending even if it isn't meant that way!  Anytime someone sounds like they are reading, it comes off, at least to me that they DON'T KNOW OR AREN'T SURE of there facts.   JMHO
