Love it, she asks Jeff if she can refer to her notes, and also asks the Judge if she can.  I've never seen this before.  She looks at the jury and explains to them about the duct tape.  She also speaks slowly enough for the court reporter.  FBI training, no doubt.

She is a wonderful expert witness for the State.

She is clear, concise, intelligent, and also very likable and easy to understand.

She is explaining her job and proceedures in a manner a that anyone could understand.

Most of she is believable..it is her word about the sticker residue and shape being left on the duct tape.

She is tying this up perfectly for the State.

This is so important because the jury will conclude only one person would have placed that heart sticker there, a female who had all those heart stickers plastered around pictures and mats on pics...that would be Casey.  No way are they going to believe George would stop wrapping the body for disposal to run in the house and get a heart sticker for the final kiss off..no way.

I waited for this for a hard long time..and I was hoping someone straight forward and precise would give the testimony..and this is exactly what she did.  This is a heart tug at the jury when they go to deliberate this..

She seems hand-picked by Providence for this testimony.

What is the pink sticker that they keep showing on InSessions?  Is that part of the evidence?

I think that one is the one they found on the picture frame or picture matting at the remains scene.

Yes..that is on a pic matt found at the remains site.

Too bad Casey had this trait of placing heart stickers on things..bet she wishes she hadn't done that.

Anyone else think Casey looks particularily medicated today?

I swear she is..and has been since the jury selection episode.

I know someone posted an article that she was medicated then and then taken off meds..but I don't see how it would be possible for them to have that info with the HIPPA laws

Looks like no more court until tomorrow afternoon.   I bet the dufense won't let the state know who their witnesses are like the state did to them.
