Prosecutors have kicked off what could be its final week of testimony in the Casey Anthony trial by calling a hair and fiber investigator for the FBI.
Monday marks Day 17 of testimony, and the beginning of Week 4 in the 25-year-old's murder trial.

The tattoo artist needs to testify, IMO, but that's a two edged sword for them in a way. Yep, she got the tattoo and yep, it says "Beautiful life", but he says adamently that she had been in there multiole times and was a very attentive, loving Mother.

You got that right!   If Casey take the stand, her convictions very well will come in not to mention how else she will be crucified, justifiably.

Wonder what all that was about.  Seems to me they were annoyed that the judge was figuring their case would only be a week or so, and somehow that would give the jury a prejudice that their case is weak, which it is, IMO, but what a putz.

Evidently they are not going to need him or it is his travel plans which they are waiting on. He lives in Ga. I had hoped Cindy's brother Rick would be called.

I have asked this a few times and I don't believe anybody has answered and it cuold be that nobody knows, but, does anybody know what evidence the Dumbfense plans to introduce to prove her innocense?  Or, I missed answers and if so, I am sorry. 

We all knew well in advanced what the state had, but we have no idea, other than his opening statement, what he plans to show as proof.  Or does he just plan to put his witnesses on to try and cast doubt on the state's witnesses?

Is there a website somewhere with the dumbfenses evidence?
