Casey is very curious about all this on the decomposing hairs.  She must be getting some sort of kick out of knowing what she caused Caylee to go through.   

She thinks "consistent" means she will go free...you can tell she's looking on with disdain & a false sense of confidence.   She's about to get a dose of reality.

They look all the same to me, and I am pretty sure the jury will think so too.  

What I think the point is even though there is decomposition there is no root banding because the hairs are not post mortem.

Bozo keeps asking about climate conditions which has no value on the banding testimony. He is such a dork but unfortunately most of the jury will not have a science background to know it has no relevance. Maybe the teacher and the nurse will help them interpret it.

I didn't think they removed the jury for this but allowed bozo to question the slides.

I feel the same way, about this evidence.. it's too confusing, I believe.  There are different characteristics of hair banding, or hair that is from a decomposed body but with no banding.. I wonder if the jury might ask how they know that the hair in the trunk was really displaying decomposition..  or the banding the state originally said was there.. when it's not always there, from what this guy seems to be showing. What he's saying leaving me going :HUH?!     I think you may have said it better, ZooMom.      Plus, he and the other people mentioned came up with different conclusions, from what he said.

It will still resonate with them longer because they are aware that the defense has objected - when they do hear testimony they will realize it was objected to strongly.   They arent naive as to why they are being asked to be removed.   They must be back there saying "what is that clown objecting to now."
