It is not - Im sick of these drama queens, the fact that most of them are attorneys makes their theatrics even more pathetic.   The witness can still testify to the study, just without visual aid.  If the defense does its regular stupidity they will open the door for the power presentation to come in on Redirect.

Yeah, I agree.  The dumbfense will say something and open up an opportunity for the state to show the power point.  They'll do it without realizing what they are saying, they just are so stupid.

  He's making sure the judge knows he objects to it..     Which is obvious, and the judge seems to be saying that the evidence from the power point can come in, since Baez already knows all of the evidence from the deposition.. just that he won't allow the power point presentation itself.  Baez is really stupid.

Its going to be very difficult to argue against the expert's study without making a comparison.

Bozo needs to take this minor victory & concentrate more on how his cross is going to avoid opening the door.  Additionally, since Sims handled the dep & visiting the FBI, she should have been raising objecting & doing the cross.    Bozo's ego is helping the State get its justified conviction against his client.

The jury must know by now the Judge will only allow what they are suppose to know.  I would think they have the utmost respect for him and will base their decision on what His Honor has permitted in "his" court room.  I would love to sit on a jury under his direction.

FBI expert Shaw was inspired to do this study after reading a thesis he had come across from John J College.......NOT because of his findings on Caylee's hair or this trial.
