I have asked this a few times and I don't believe anybody has answered and it cuold be that nobody knows, but, does anybody know what evidence the Dumbfense plans to introduce to prove her innocense?  Or, I missed answers and if so, I am sorry.

We all knew well in advanced what the state had, but we have no idea, other than his opening statement, what he plans to show as proof.  Or does he just plan to put his witnesses on to try and cast doubt on the state's witnesses?

Is there a website somewhere with the dumbfenses evidence?

There is NO proof, just Casey's lies...if she testifies we have Tony's proffer that can come in.   It also doesnt matter one bit what hired expert may "speculate" as that is not proof it occurred.    It is a huge defense error to mimick the Menendez brothers defense by their attorney, Leslie Abramson.

LKB aka Miss Piggy just accused CJBP of taking off his robe & joining the prosecution in this case on TruTV Insessions - the presentation of the transformation/duct tape video is  not prejudicial nor an error.
Insessions talking about the two completely different reactions of Casey in and outside the presence of the jury.
the first week of caseys in jail she desesperately requested to talk to Tony...we never knew what she wanted to tell her.....other than his trash was in her car?
He Hung up on her and I don't think she talked to him after that. Maybe she thought up more lies by then? She needed to try to save her relationship she gave up her daughter for imo.. well that's part of it and the party time.
ops

you are right because in one of her conversations with Mallory she asked her if Tony was at the house with then jajajajajajaj

Wow cannot believe the state is wrapping up. I hope this is enough for the jury. I guess they really cannot tie Casey in anymore. My only hope is that they are thinking the defense will prove their case for them with their line of questioning. OMG what if ICA will be their first witness???
What about Cindy George or lee retaking the stand.

Caylee was wrapped in her winnie blanket, clothes canvas bag same as at Anthony home.

Tape matched Anthony home..

What about Cindy buying a new blanket to cover up?
What about the fight on 15th re stolen money? I thought a neighbor called LE.
I don't believe George saw Casey leave on 16th. Wish they could prove it.

Also when LE went to search the Anthonys house.. i was very surprise that Sindy told LE that winnie the poo blanket was missing....why she didnt say that before the baby killer went to jail?
George prob told her to in case they found it?
So many times in a murder the body is either in a blanket or mattress. George as a cop knew this.
They lied and covered, now they are being careful imo. But why didn't prosecution draw a pic for jury on how GA AND CA covered for her.
I think Jesse is a good witness. George told him Casey needed help.
And Padilla bugged the house and told Jesse Cindy and Casey were setting him up for the fall that Caylee drowned in backyard and Jesse blame. That is important and why Jesse went to le.to clear his name passed a poly.

Alternative Viewpoints on the Casey Anthony Trial
Jun 13th, 2011
by Richard Hornsby.

For those religious followers of the Casey Anthony trial, I thought you might enjoy some alternative view points from  respected attorneys around the blogosphere, who have not been commenting on the case on a daily basis, about the Casey Anthony trial.

Brian Tannebaum: No One Would Like My Commentary On The Casey Anthony Case http://criminaldefenseblog.blogspot.com/2011/06/no-one-would-like-my-commentary-on.html

I found this more interesting than Brian Tannebaum Monkey Devil!

http://www.abajournal.com/news/article/lawyer_who_never_tried_a_case_proud_of_murder_mistrial_on_facebook_humiliat

New Jersey lawyer Joseph Rakofsky appeared pleased in a Facebook post after a Washington, D.C., judge declared a mistrial due to the defense lawyer’s trial performance.

"1st-Degree Murder...MISTRIAL!" Rakofsky wrote, according to the Washington City Paper. Seven of his friends indicated they liked the status update. But in an interview with the publication, Rakofsky admitted he was “humiliated” by a press account of the proceeding.

Rakofsky had confessed to jurors weighing the fate of accused murderer Dontrell Deaner that he had never tried a case before, according to an account by the Washington Post. Judge William Jackson cited that inexperience in declaring a mistrial on Friday, saying the lawyer did not have a good grasp of trial procedures. The judge ruled after reviewing a motion by an investigator claiming Rakofsky suggested he “trick” a witness. ::snipping2:: ::snipping2::

A former cellmate of KC, Robyn Adams, will testify for the prosecution - I'm guessing to say that Casey told her she used chloroform to put Caylee to sleep.

FBI expert Shaw was inspired to do this study after reading a thesis he had come across from John J College.......NOT because of his findings on Caylee's hair or this trial.

I think that's important, I'm just waiting for Baez to ask him how much money he is gooing to make on the power point!

Oh you know what this is all about?  I just figured it out.

Well, it's obvious that Baez is going to be looking for a new job after this gig - so he's trying to figure out where the money is.  Very Happy

Elizabeth Fontaine's testimony was amazing on many levels.  Her articulation was professional but ... every layman listening comprehended perfectly.  In other words ... jury members could not have misunderstood.

The videos of the testimonies of today's witnesses have been posted on the WFTV website.

Day 17: Quick day for Casey Anthony as prosecution gets close to resting
Last Updated: Monday, June 13, 2011 2:15 PM

Elizabeth Fontaine

Another FBI agent, Fontaine examined the duct tape found near Caylee's remains. She said she could not find any fingerprints on the tape, but she did see something else: The outline of a heart.

Defense attorneys had unsuccessfully fought to keep residue of a heart-shaped sticker on one piece of duct tape out of the trial.

Monday was the first time the jury has heard anything about a sticker, though they did not see any pictures of the residue Monday. Jurors were also out of the courtroom Saturday when prosecutors showed Orange County forensics supervisor Ronald Murdock a photo of a book of heart-shaped stickers found in Casey Anthony's room on Dec. 12, 2008.

Fontaine said she was the second person to look at the three pieces of duct tape she examined. She said her job is to look for visible fingerprints first.

She explained her process clearly to the jury, often referring to examples as seen on the TV series "CSI."

I have heard a little rumbling from .... well I don't know whether to call them Casey-supporters, or people who are just so into "innocent until proven" that they won't allow people to have their own opinions outside of court until the final judgement comes... yet, I digress.... we'll call them KC-ites.   The KC-ites seem to think " just WAIT til you hear the defense's witnesses and side... it'll be all over then".

My question, does anyone really seriously think that this trial can be flipped during the defense section of this?  Because really, I'm as nervous as a cat in a room full of elephants about the virdict.  Until the last judgement given, the last appeal denied, I won't be comfortable with the results.  So could she walk?

It only takes one to say she is not guilty and she walks. I think the prosecution decides to try the case again after hearing how the jurors voted. So lets say 11 voted guilty one voted not guilty they would definitely retry it. But if it's split they may decide not to or may decide to go with a lesser charge. The judge could let her out on bail awaiting the decision of the state.. Man I hope that does not happen

How is it possible it takes all 12 to say she is guilty, but only 1 to say not guilty.  That makes no sense to me.  I believe 1 not guilty would be a hung jury, but not an acquittal and the state would retry it.

No, only one is required for an acquittal.
Am I drunk, I thought it took one for a hung jury but unanimous for a aquittal

ac·quit·tal (-kwtl)
n.
1. Judgment, as by a jury or judge, that a defendant is not guilty of a crime as charged.
2. The state of being found or proved not guilty.

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/acquittal

Just getting here, is court in recess for the rest of today and resumes tomorrow 1pm? If so, why?
Shell, the prosecution witness will be unable to make it until 1 pm tomorrow.. no other reason given..The judge said the state should finish thier case maybe by the end of this week, perhaps wrap the trial up by the end of next week
