I am so not surprised that Judge Perry is "frushtrated" with the defense.  Baez and Mason have done this tap dance over and over again, Mason knowing all the sneaky tricks and Baez a willing stooge.  This is not justice or law, it's a carnival of deceit and degrading to our legal system.   
(sorry to have started out like this this morning, but, jeez, louise and eight hands around, when will the defense start doing their jiobs, i.e. defending the murdering whore?}

Considering the jury members are not privy to the Judge's words ... JP's comments will not influence one way or another.  However ... I have a hinky feeling that the defence will imply that JP's comments reveal a preconceived bias.

so according to mason ! they didnt plan on putting on anything! just leave the jurors hanging with the george did it claim. The irony is rich! must be judge stricklands  thoughts!! SO the judge now says the truth and the defense are strangers.   

even though they dont have to put on a defense i would think the jurors would not be happy about that them not proving their lies

The only other thing that hasn't been bought up(if it has I 4got) that kc  put the ladder up and let Caylee drown I purpose. Maybe holding Caylee down.  I don't think that's what happened thou.

Since the jury does not hear the judges remarks at all during sidebar it makes no impact on the jury's decidion of guilt or innocence..nor how they themselves view the defense.  No impact.

Now can anyone try to appeal for any reason..sure.

Does every appeal case end up in court to be heard...no.

There is an appeal panel that decides if the appeal even has merit before it would go to trial....no merit here because the jury did not hear the comment anymore then they hear prooffers or any other info that is not for their ears or eyes.

Its not a bias, its the truth....huge difference
