Anyone with children would know that 24 months and 3Ts are almost identical in size except the 24 months is wider to accommodate diapers or pull ups.

EXCELLENT observation and very true.  Also...anyone who's ever had a little girl knows how stubborn they can be when told they've outgrown a favorite item of clothing and they will INSIST on wearing it anyway.

24 mo =2t and some 2t are Big like a 3t especially if it has elastic.

I think Casey thinks her ace in the hole for her defense team is Krystal Holloway for one thing. I think Bozo is really excited to bring her forward to repeat her info but she sounds like a flake. She said they never were intimate and her story of what George said about it being an accident, snowballing out of control, etc just seems to be what Bozo wants. I am still listening to it but wonder what anyone else thinks about her stories.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team could be losing one of its biggest expert witnesses, whose testimony might have been able to free her, and it's all because of money problems in the case.


Dr. Henry Lee is a forensic scientist who helped get O.J. Simpson acquitted. The defense team hoped he would do the same for Casey, but the state has not paid Lee to travel from Connecticut to Florida for the trial.

Prosecutors can't even get Dr. Lee to commit to a deposition, which would have to be done before he would testify at Casey's murder trial in May.

The defense team's most high-profile expert, Dr. Henry Lee, might be the next to go because of money issues. The defense claimed Dr. Lee helped investigators find hairs in Casey's car, and if Lee drops out of the case so could the defense claim that investigators weren't thorough enough.

By claiming that Dr. Henry Lee was willing to work for oranges, Mason attempted to portray Lee as ethical, and above the mercenery spirit that accompanies his profession. Dr. Lee, however, may feel differently. He likely took a look at the initial $200,000 that came in to the defense, and like Linda Kenny-Baden and the other gold diggers, he played the "I'm in it for justice" card; but when Baez went through it so quickly that he didn't have the $300 photocopy money, he left. Let us hope that he didn't take evidence with him.

Also, when I buy my granddaughter something I compare the 2 sizes and if there is not much different then I get the bigger size.    I think ICA bought that shirt for Caylee and it expressed her feelings towards her.  Any other mom would think it was cute but not ICA.

I didn't think that the State could bring this into the case unless the defense said something that opened the door for her prior convictions. Or if Casey gets on the stand,then it could be brought in..I could be wrong but I thought that I read that here...

OK...my hubs is sitting here eating his Mexican dinner I prepared (which was ruined for me upon viewing Cindy mouthing a sweet
"I love you" to the babykiller. He is hearing for the first time some of the defense claims and is literally busting out in full fledged laughter.....he asked me...."these are public defenders, right?" I told him nope and he shook  his head in disbelief....He knows I have followed this case from the beginning and he thinks Casey will be convicted and there is no way she will walk....Just wanted to give a view of someone who is virtually hearing alot of this for the first time.

She said  at this point she is still not convinced it is murder...she thinks she would vote ofr aggravated manslaughter...she thinks KC gave Caylee choloform and over dosed her and Caylee died. KC decided her only option was to fake a kidnapping.... she is basing her opinion on just the evidence she has heard so far and clearly thinks there was no sexual abuse. She thinks KC has a severe personality disorder that has been feed and covered up by her family for many years.

I'm a grandmother of a beautiful little girl and I don't think that I could act the way that CA and GA act towards their daughter after hearing all the evidence that the state has put out there.   Just don't think I could do it.

I know we thought it was odd when a juror/jury ask for a better look at the heart sticker. Just today a jury here is asking about entrapment and FBI coaching. I guess I don't understand jury instructions at all .

Prior crimes are VERY hard to get into evidence as they are not directly related to the crime at hand. You might get it in if the Defense screws up and somehow gets "character" issues brougt up and the prosecution can then jump them on cross examination. Prior crimes can be considered during the "punishment" phase.

I wonder why Casey just didn't put Caylee in the pool to drown and then she could have feigned horror that her child had drowned in an accidental drowning..Saying that she slipped out of the house when Casey was in the shower/bathroom.  then she could have called 911 and she would still be out going to Fusion and hosing around like she wanted to do.
Cindy and George would have been of course upset but would have forgiven her because it was after all, an accident..

Many of these charges were comitted during the time frame that she was comitting her main charge, so I thought they should come in.
