not enough-she belongs on death row-dont even care if they kill her-if she goes in gereral population-she will be a soscial butterfly-that girl can adapt -dont even say inmates dont like child killers-she will have eveyone convince she is the mother of the year

No, they are starting at 1pm today- the SA witness does not arrive into Orlando until 11am and their schedule could not be changed. We don't know who it is.

I googled and got many sites....Just from what I read ranging from 10-25 years WITHOUT any prior convictions.  Each state is different thou.
Kc has 6 prior convictions, plus facing other charges in this trial.  Look at page one of this thread.
So we just have to wait and see what she's going to get after the trial has ended.

Praying for LWOP cause I don't think she will get DP....but then again, what do I know?

IMO she isn't going to death row. I think live in prison without parole.
If she gets less then that  I'll have to go on medication

or she may just get the manslaughter charge along with some others...as long as she spends most of her life in prison I will be fine....would rather have LWOP

Agreed. As long as she's locked up for the majority of her life I'll be satisfied. I'd prefer the DP though. Shoot, as long as they find her guilty of murder I'll be satisfied. I want her to wear that Scarlett letter for the rest of her pathetic life

I cannot imagine that they wouldn't....what parent, no matter what their child has done, would want to face the thought of attending (someday) their child's execution?

I think she will be convicted but I don't want the death penalty. I want justice and that would be to put her in general population and see how long she will last. She is in seclusion now and IF there are any truths in some of her jail letters she is scared there at times. I think her being with the population might prove to be her "hell on earth".

Yes....she must be old, wrinkly, ugly and in very poor health if she ever gets out.Also I would want for all of her relatives to have long passed from this life so that she truly would have no one. She wanted to be free of them, well, let her be free of them!
