http://www.clickorlando.com/video/28227726/index.html   Monkey Devil!  Judge Questions Whether He Can Trust Anthony Defense Team

During a sidebar conversation, the judge in the Casey Anthony murder trial tells her attorneys that he cannot trust them.

Did you guys see/hear/read this?  The judge said the defense lied to him.

OMG! That is priceless.

Wow, why are these stations not posting all these side bars they have transcripts of?  I want to see them.

Cindy just told Casey she loved her as she was leaving the stand.

ick really

I didnt see it, not saying she didnt but I didnt catch it

I definitely saw Cindy look at her. But couldn't see what she said. It is apparent that Cindy is still going to protect Casey. Maybe they should have shown Caylee's little skull while she was on the stand to remind her what her daughter has done

I did not get that to the extent that some are saying.

When did Cindy say was the last time she saw the WTP blanket.  Was it around March when all the searches on the computer were done?  I can't remember what she said.

She said May.

Cindy testified that she had never seen this shirt before...

Cindy is attempting to distance the T-shirt from the home ... from Caylee's room.

The blanket ... the toy horse ... the heart shaped sticker ... the laundry bag and ... the duct tape can be traced to the Anthony home.

Janet

thats alot of evidence.. Didnt George say when he saw them leave on the 16th she had a pink shirt on?

I'm dying to know if Linda is going to ask her if Casey ever told her if George ever abused her. I'm really wondering why they already haven't asked that question???

I also cannot comprehend why Cindy has never been asked if a confrontation occurred with Casey on the evening of June 16, 2008.

I cannot comprehend why Lee was not questioned regarding the issue.  Who was his source.

Ex-fiancée Jesse Grund alleged Casey Anthony, mother fought
22 December 2008 @ 01:43 pm EDT

The ex-fiancée of Casey Anthony alleged that she and her mother got into a big argument the night before Casey's daughter Caylee went missing.

Jesse Grund told Sherriff's investigators about the incident in documents released by the State Attorney's Office in late November, saying he learned of it from Casey's brother Lee Anthony.

"It got into a very heated argument, which turned physical and Cindy started choking Casey," Grund said, after a review of documents by Central Florida 13 news.

I thought at the beginning they made a deal with the Anthony's to not bring up certain things in exchange for some cooperation. I also thought that is why they are not treating the Anthony's as hostile witnesses. Now after Cindy's testimony today and Lee's where they "couldn't remember" I am not sure. If they did make a deal I wonder if it was worth it?

Bill Schaeffer just said that he doesnt believe Cindy is trying to help her daughter & she is a grieving grandmother...just said on WFTV's livestream coverage

I wouldn't go quite with a grieving grandmother, but she is in a very tough spot.  She wants justice for Caylee, but obviously does not want her daughter to be on death row.  She is walking a line, iMO.  I don't think she is outright lying.

I think many just want her to throw KC under the bus, but I don't think any grandparent can do that.

only 97? Geez, it's 100 (not including the heat index) here in the panhandle....I don't care what they wear in court at this point as long as they tell the truth, no matter how painful it is...

IMO the only person in the Anthony  family that is not being evasive is George. Now I am not quite sure what that means. It could  mean he is lying and trying to cover up or it could just means he tells it like it is. It's like pulling teeth to get anything out of LA and CA.

I wonder what "love" means to any of the Anthonys.  Is it just a word to be tossed around to fit the situation? I am so angry right now.

Do they make the closing arguments and tie everything up at the very end (after the defense arguments)?

I assume she does love KC, as much as we hate that.  Is this the last time she will be on the stand?

Yes--both sides do closing arguments at the end.
