No idea what is going on right now.  I thought the judge said they did not see that item when it was first presented.  Why it matters if the hart is stuck to the cardboard or not now is important, and more importantly, isn't it stuck to the carboard pretty damaging for the wench and why is Bozo fighting that?

I don't think the heart sticker applied to the duct tape was located. And then there's the cardboard with the gel sticker attached that collected at the remains site. I think the DT is afraid (as they should be) that the jury may mistake the gel sticker, which is no longer attached to the matte, for the sticker on the duct tape that was not recovered. I know that sounds confusing and I hope it makes some sense, if not sorry...

I knew that heart sticker was going to be the double whammy in this case against the defense.

It's such a potent emotional reminder that only a female did this, the female in the house with all the heart stickers everywhere, the female that was giving Caylee and her own old life the major kiss off.  It was cold and it was calculating..and it goes to premeditation and no regret...she tought about killing her, she thught about how to dispose of and wrap her, and she gave her the final kis goodbye.  No one but Casey was capable of that..and that callousness deserves the DP.

yeah, I wonder if Casey sent word out and somehow threw Cindy a bone.  Seems Cindy is trying to appease Casey again.

I think when Casey went to the hospital the other day, Cindy went into "my poor Casey" mode...Cindy is a totally different person then she was last week. Did anyone else notice how cocky Casey is acting today? More so then usual. Oh and the I'm a "paralegal" game she is playing today is making me crazy!

I saw it too. It wasn't an exaggerated mouthing. It was easy to miss.

What was KC's reaction?  Did she blow a kiss to her momma?

From what I understand, item 313 was introduced into evidence, but was not shown to the jury. Just a mistake.....now they are asking to see it. Bozo is whining because the sticker has come loose from the cardboard and he wants it stuck back, which would be tampering with evidence. Trying to find out if it has been introduced into evidence by the person who collected it saying it was stuck to the cardboard.

Why does it appear that during some testimony Cindy 'tells the truth' and then other times she just says, "I don't remember"?

It makes sense and that is what Baez is trying to say..but really what he means is he doesn't want them looking at that heart sticker nor making too much of it in their decision.  He would rather they didn't see it all..so therefore well  it isn't exactly as it was so lets ditch this as evidence we can hand over for the jury to look at up close and personal.

Just got here - have to go read magic's synopsis, but Cindy does not look well at all - she looks nervous and scared. Interesting change of behaviors.
