Juror 8 — Verizon Service Representative:  White, female, 50s, married, two sons approximately Casey Anthony’s age (mid-twenties).  Father worked in law enforcement.  She would have no problem with the death penalty if warranted, provided she had heard “all the facts.”

Anyone with children would know that 24 months and 3Ts are almost identical in size except the 24 months is wider to accommodate diapers or pull ups.

It seems like Casey had that shirt (big trouble) for Caylee when she was dating Ricardo.  It makes me think, if Cindy was being honest about not having seen it, that maybe Casey had it and the too-small shorts in Caylee's backpack as a change of clothes or something.  If they were a change of clothes and the clothes she was wearing when George saw them was what she died in, then the comment by Casey about the police not having found her clothes would make sense.  Were their diapers found in the car?  Was Caylee's backpack ever found?

My opinion:  Cindy is all over the board and has been from "Day One."  To the media, in writing and under oath, to police, in depositions, and on the stand, she has told a multitude of conflicting stories on every conceivable question since July 15, 2008.  As such, it is a roll of the dice at any given moment, as to whose interest Cindy is supporting.  Sometimes, I'm not sure she even knows whether she's on Caylee's side, Casey's side, her own, George's, or some other odd construction in her mind at the moment.  She's like a live wire sputtering and sparking and snaking wildly everywhere; it's anybody's guess which pile of gunpowder she will ignite at any given moment.  If the Duhfense calls her for their case, it should be quite a show.  JMO 

Back to my comfy branches, hugs to Monks, and JUSTICE FOR OUR SWEET CAYLEE GIRL.

Juror 5 — The Retired Nurse’s Aid: White, female, late 50s, three children.  Has 11th grade education.  Had a driving under the influence arrest in 1998.  Lives with boyfriend, a retired plumber.  Was a juror for a criminal trial case.   Does not own a computer.  Works in yard, goes to gym.  Death penalty stance:  “I guess I believe in the death penalty.  I’d have to know a lot of facts before I really considered it.”

I'm not convinced caylee was dressed at all when she was killed. It's possible KC just tossed some clothes out there to make a statement. Clothes stored in the car or left at the homes of friends, etc. Everything KC did was to throw the trail off of her. But, in the all apparent Anthony way, she went too far overboard and implicated herself at every turn...KC and Bozo desrve each other...The King and Queen of Drama!

It was on the cardboard backing from a photo frame and found at the crime scene.

I know with my kids, although it has been a while, they could be in 3T but someo f their 2T would still fit.  He is just an idiot and has no idea about clothing children or children period.

I think KC brought that up and I seriously doubt she ever bought Caylee clothes or had any idea what she wore except to see them on her.

ANY mother would know that the 24months size is identical in waist size and length except for the "fullness" in the butt to accommodate diapers. Some 24 months are larger than 2 or 3 Ts. Caylee was not fully potty trained so I am guessing she had a lot of 24 months shorts.

I hope the jury is not thinking this is the sticker that was from the duct tape.  Maybe they just want to see it because they couldn't when it was first published.  I wish the State would tie up this issue, seems cloudy to me.

Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems to me that Baez just helped them know this heart wasn't the one matching what was seen on the duct tape. Baez was adament about the heart being shown to the jury was attached to cardboard.

He'd have been better off to try to make the leap that the "dime size" heart couldn't have been this one found at the scene and the forensic expert just made a mistake, IMO.
