The answer might be that LDB  doesn't 'really' know what Spindy's answer will be.  (Law school 101..."Never ask a question that you don't really know what the answer will be...Anthony's = Loose Cannons").  And, there is no depo to 'impeach' Spindy with.  

Notice that whenever Spindy 'strays'...LDB has page & line# to get her back in line.  In my mind, the meeting Pros. had w/Spindy & Poopyface was about letting them know that they will not hesitate to charge them with PERJURY if they don't state the damn truth.  The Pros. have saved this 'hammer' to use during trial.  We all wanted them charged a lot earlier...but IMO, the Pros. knew what they were doing waiting till now.  Their focus has always been.."Justice For Caylee"  and have not waivered one bit.

I agree with you on that. George testified when she "gave" the gas cans back he put the tape on there so that was June 24th or 25th.

Which  means one cut from the gas cans and one cut from the duct tape around Caylee's little face should match.  If the tape was not used between the time Casey duct taped Caylee and George put it on the gas cans then the last cut of tape on Caylee and the first cut for the gas can should share and edge.

Jury just asked if they will get a typed list of all the witnesses/evidence to use in deliberations.  I think this is a good sign, means they are already thinking about it, and don't really care what the defense has to say!
