Maybe it does matter. According to USPS, 37cent stamps were usable UNTIL jan 8 2006. The card with the heart shaped sticker backing had to have been from 2005, within 4-5 months of Caylee's birth...just saying.

I think she will get the DP like Scott Peterson did
because she murdered/planned/lied etc on an innocent defenseless child.
If it were an adult, I think she may have gotten life in prison.

I think if they put on evidence she is crazy then she may get life, but she planned this is what the evidence suggests. So that leads me to believe, like Scott Peterson case, she'll get the DP. But gosh, she'll live another 7 years on death row until appeals run out.
