Yes, George said he saw her leaving with pink shirt BUT it was not this shirt. George testified in his depo with the state he never saw this shirt with the phrase
"BIG Trouble...." Did not recognize shirt at all or this picture of Caylee & Casey when shown by prosecutors.

Doubt it...she's on the defense's witness list too. It could backfire, I see Bozo treating the A's harshly and it won't look good to the jury.

I seriously doubt Casey will be given the DP.  I will be super shocked if she does.  But it should not mean throwing Caylee, or George and Lee under th bus in an attempt to stop that.   jmo

JMHO but years ago I had to testify at a hearing for my ex husband for a business related matter. To listen to me, you would have thought I was protecting him at all costs... BUT I was told to answer honestly and the questions they asked me I really didn't KNOW. I wasn't present or looking at the stuff he was doing on a daily basis. I worked at the place, was there daily, but I was in my own world, doing my work and getting the hell out of there by the end of the day.

YES, I think Cindy has lied her pants off in the past, but I have faith in the State that they know what she is going to say, have had a meeting with GA/CA before this started and know how it's all going to fall together. If Cindy wasn't at those command stations, which I remember she wasn't much, how can she testify that she saw GA take duct tape from their home and place it there? They need to call George.

No need, IMO, to take back the pity you had for Cindy when she was on the stand. It only shows that you monkeys have compassion like no others, even if that person doesn't deserve it, we still felt that compassion.

In the end, no matter what, Caylee will have her justice. God's hand has been on this trial from the very beginning, he will prevail.

The jury is asking for an evidence list for deliberations.  They "pacifically" are asking for a photo of a heart sticker.

How can the jury ask for evidence when they have not deliberated yet and CANNOT discuss the case yet??????????????

Jury requests evidence list for deliberations. JP says yes he will provide them.

JP also tells the prosecutors & duhfense the jurors will be provided with gloves to handle evidence during deliberations.
