No one wanted to frame casey- the sticker will not IMO stop all the other evidence from convincing the Jury or the world for that matter!

ITA..and I do believe Cindy probably never saw that shirt, nor approved of it.

I think Casey probably kept a stash of clothes and blankets and supplies in her trunk for Caylee.  She left  a bag of Caylee's things at Chris Stutz parents house, after Caylee passed away, but before anyone knew she was missing.  And she left the bag there and did not let them know she was leaving the bag there..I think she pitched out whatever was in her trunk with Caylee when Caylee passed.  The things she left at Chris, parents house may have been in a bag in the backseat or even in a bag at Tony's that Tony was unaware of at the time.

No idea what is going on right now.  I thought the judge said they did not see that item when it was first presented.  Why it matters if the hart is stuck to the cardboard or not now is important, and more importantly, isn't it stuck to the carboard pretty damaging for the wench and why is Bozo fighting that?

I seriously doubt Casey will be given the DP.  I will be super shocked if she does.  But it should not mean throwing Caylee, or George and Lee under th bus in an attempt to stop that.   jmo

Baez seems to be saying the heart sticker was attached to the cardboard at the scene. I don't recall that. He goes on to say it is no longer attached to the cardboard because of all the "handling" and that evidence is being altered.

I don't get it it either! They CANNOT discuss ANYTHING about the case or think ahead to deliberations. Maybe the Prosecution is thinking ahead and requesting it for them when they DO deliberate.
