weird how Cindy appears and probably was such an involved grandparent but yet didn't ever check out Zanny who Caylee spent so much time with..I knew anyone who my grand daughters are/were with..I also have picked up my grand daughters from babysitters/daycare many times...just seems really odd to me that Cindy did not insist on meeting this nanny...

Cookie, that is what I've always wondered abouut.  Cindy was so controlling apparently, but never ever checked out who was watching her granddaughter, especially in this day and age.  I would want to know who the person is, what livestyle they lead, to a background check, have c-phone numbers, go their house to check it out....how could Cindy NOT do that?

My opinion on that was Cindy KNEW KC was not working and to check out the sitter would make her have to confront KC over it. She did not like any waves in that household and she made sure nothing was ever brought up about KC that would start an uproar. OR>>>>>>>>>> KC did tell her that Lee molested her and she was AFRAID KC would tell it so she would not confront KC.

I was just listening to Jean Casarez on HLN.  She claims that the defence is attempting to convince the court that the strand of hair with the decomposing root could have come from Caylee, Casey, Cindy or Cindy's mom.

What part of this picture am I not getting?  How could a strand of decomposing hair have come from anybody except Caylee.  The others are not dead.

It couldn't.  They are all thiking the jury will forget it was a decomposed hair and that everybody else is alive.  Idjits.

The prosecutor knows this.  Why confuse the issue with all the long drawn out questions that were directed at Cindy.  The prosecution witness Stephen Shaw could have easily clarified in his testimony yesterday why dead band hair could only have belonged to deceased Caylee ... not her mother ... not her Grandmother ... not her Great Grandmother.  It would have taken only on question from the prosecutor.

The jury would have been spared all the painful testimony of today.
