My phone wouldn't work Tuesday night and I broke it trying to fix it. Got JSM so worried. Had no way to reach her cause I don't know her phone number as it was programmed in my iPhone. Grabbed a bunch of quarters Wednesday morning and found a pay phone and called my mom to have her call JSM so she would worry. Finally wrote her number down just in case. Love the new iPhone 4. Be cool monkeys.

Just got a call from my sister's friend - niece did well and is out of surgery. The doctor commented that her tonsils were HUGE - DUH I knew that! LOL but thanks for all the prayers. Hopefully it will be an easy recovery. I am heading up to get her twin sister in a few for a day of Aunt stuff . . .

  Glad everything is okay. Have fun with the twin sister TBM. You are a good aunt.

  It is FREAKING hot!!!! The wind blowing feels like the rush of air when the oven door gets opened.

CC yes I do know what it is like to open an oven door, do it at Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter to pick off pieces of turkey/ham that is warming.   

Hope everyone has a great evening and stays cool. Prayers for all in need. I so don't want to go to work tomorrow. It is going to be crazy busy and I still have to watch the pathetic court proceedings in the morning.        Just for once I wish Judge Perry would do the RIGHT thing. I just don't see it happening.

we're coolin down JSM - was .4 degrees cooler here today from yesterday. Only hit 113.2 compared to yesterday's   113.6.......could definitly feel the cool down!

we're coolin down JSM - was .4 degrees cooler here today from yesterday. Only hit 113.2 compared to yesterday's   113.6.......could definitly feel the cool down!   

I felt the cool down when the clouds came in when I was leaving work. I don't even look at the temps anymore. I just know hot, hotter and hot as H*ll and I yesterday was hot as H*ll, today was just HOT 

I am going to put Josef on the bed and hope it is cool in the bedroom. Praying we get some relief from this crap. Carried Josef tonight because  he was getting over heated (so I thought), but he is a faker. He heard a dog and ran up the stairs to bark at it. Can't believe the lady was sitting on the bench with no shade and letting the little dog run around in this heat. She acted like it didn't bother her, in fact she was reading a book.
