Well today I purchased professional dog clippers. It cost $150.00 to have Beela shaved down (not groomed) and they are estimating almost $200.00 to shave down Jazz. They will have to be done again in August so I am going to do it myself. The clippers cost the price of having Jazz done once so I'll give it a try. Fancy will still be groomed due to her skin issues. I hope that Mac doesn't laugh at them.
My sister has groomed her dogs for years and will assist although her dogs are small. 

  $150 to $200 to shave down a dog??? I sure hope Josef's groomer doesn't read here. 

Seriously that's great you got the clippers. I hope Beela is doing well now 4 donks. I hope Mac doesn't laugh. Please post pics once you have done the grooming.

After the grooming problem with Mac I have the dogs shaved at the vet. Because Jazz is 150lbs with felted fur (cords) he takes hours to do.  I think I'll work on him over several days..whack with scissors 1st and then tackle with the clippers. Say lots of prayers for both of us. By the way Lumpy does get clipped because of his Cushings he doesn't shed his winter coat. The other donks get curried and they are fine.

That makes sense now, I remember the problem with Mac. I will be saying lots or prayers. I didn't realize the winter coat wouldn't shed with Cushings. Lumpy and all your babies are so lucky to have you 4 donks.

Hubby went to pick up an extra a/c unit for upstairs to keep it cooler for Sidekick........the Tahoe broke down on the interstate and it  had to be towed home.This day has to get better.

We've had a storm sitting over us for about 2 hrs. Can't work on Jazz cause he had to wear his thunder vest.

I sure hope that everyone is right about justice coming for Caylee..that Casey and her parents will get what is coming to them..I still keep hoping for a miracle that JP will have looked into things closer and will see that something is amiss...sigh...

I still can not wrap my mind around Cindy still kissing Casey Ho's arse...She is as sick as her daughter is..when is she gonna get it? her daughter is psycho and has no feelings for her, her dead little daughter or any of the family??

I know Cookie, we keep trying to think like REASONABLE people and it just does not make sense.  No matter how you look at it.  I don't see the Judge having any way to do anything now.  Unless something VERY VERY wrong and illegal took place in the trial?  I listened to Jeff Ashton's interview with Kathy B last night and that helped to ease the worry for me somewhat.  I would give you the link, but I am too stoopid to know how to do that.  As for the A's...they all knew early on, back in 08 what had happened.  They are complicit in the coverup and the lying.  They knew the DT was going to pull these strings and they were given the roles to play.  They played them very well, I believe.  Hence nothing but confusion coming from the A's.  Planned confusion.  JMO

Still in a funk from the trial. I hate the Anthonys, all of them.

       

Josef has a vet looking at him tomorrow. He has something wrong with his rectum. I pray he is okay. Feet arent healing, he is miserable in the heat, now this. Not his regular vet so I will make sure they don't treat him until she talks to me.

I can't really explain how much Stacey has supported me and given me strength through this trying time. All I can say is I love her and know you all do the same. Stacey - you're my life so don't slip on the stairs any more.  ;  )
