If I was on the jury, I would really be pissed. Why couldn't they have done this 5 minutes of crap yesterday afternoon? I would be so angry to have to drag out of bed at the crack of dawn to only be in court for 5 minutes. Geesh no wonder people do all they can do to get out of jury duty.

Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. He even quoted his own case he LOST and the state Supreme Court upheld the death penalty.

what will the jury get to do all day now??? how boring for them..
bet the judge is not happy about having to do that to this jury..he has tried to make sure that the jury is happy and comfortable...

In EVERY criminal trial, the Defense asks for an aquittal immediately after the Prosecution rests. ...................... ALSO, in every criminal case, it is denied.
