OMG I really need to stop watching TruTv.  That stupid Ryan Smith or whoever he is is saying there is BREAKING NEWS that CJBP is considering acquittal.  Duhhhhh  this is standard procedure dumazz!

I don't have much respect for Smith. He is the one that interviewed Bozo over lunch and they got along like a house on fire. A lot of his take on the case seemed to be slanted pro-Bozo after that. IMO.

I dont think he drinks coffee in the morning but rather tainted Koolaid....him and Sunny Hostin of Insessions are not logical thinkers but people looking for cracks in a theory to argue the opposite.

Well, lets get this  motion denied show on the road. I do want to say how impressed I am with the professionalism Judge Perry has maintained in this court. With those two loose cannons (bozo and mumbles) it is just amazing to me how he had maintained control of his court. I have been impressed with each case law they site he has already considered in this case. The man is a walking law library.

The defense would be stupid enough to bring her up & also confront her on going to the Nat'l Enq to make a buck on this case, then on cross the prosecution would have an opportunity to key in on the pet burials with heart stickers....that's how I see it.

If Cindy had only fessed up to the fight on June 15, 2008.......  I hope she can live with herself for the injustice she has brought upon her beloved granddaughter.

I so agree. Cindy was the catalyst in this case and she accepts no responsibility for that by trying to cover up for KC. Caylee's blood is on their hands too. They KNEW KC was psycho - even admitted it time after time. Called her a sociopath to many of her friends including Ryan P. who testified to that in his depo. They KNEW what she was and let her have Caylee knowing that.

That would have been up to the prosecution to bring in.

For some reason, they didn't want to.

It's a double edged sword..

The State does not want to make the grieving Grands look bad..because that looks bad to the jury as if the State is berating the Grands.

The Grands are not on trial here..Casey is.

If you make the Grands look bad..if you say Cindy and she had a fight..you say Cindy should have stopped this....What does that do to the jury?

It makes them give Casey a little bit of a reprieve..and it plays into the Defense case of poor little Casey who was abused by the family and then framed for this accident.

This is exactly what the defense wants..people giving Casey little reprieves along the way because of Cindy and George.
